Além do serviço de Delivery, onde meu carro estava enguiçado em frente minha casa. E deram todo suporte e assistência até solucionarem à questão.
Recomendo , minha experiência foi bem positiva.
 I was very well attended; I was guaranteed the service. Where I could return to review and I wasn't charged for it.
In addition to the Delivery service, where my car was broken down in front of my house. And they gave all the support and assistance until the issue was resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal, venho relatar aqui uma situação que me aconteceu ontem dia 09/11/21, possuo um Focus 2016 e estava procurando um local para conferir e alinhar a traseira, passei antes no Monobloco de Santa Barbara e em menos de 5min e uma ferramenta que mais parecia uma régua, me entregaram um orçamento de R$590,00 e dizendo que meu carro estava com cubagem negativa sendo que é assim original de fabrica. Na dúvida passei na AJ Centro Automotivo e pedi para conferirem o alinhamento que no caso é o 3d, estava tudo ok e não tentaram fazer nada para me arrancar uma grana. Empresa super honesta, estão de Parabéns e ganharam mais um cliente!
Guys, I'm here to report a situation that happened to me yesterday, 11/09/21, I have a Focus 2016 and I was looking for a place to check and align the rear, I passed before the Santa Barbara Monobloco and in less than 5 minutes and a tool that it looked more like a ruler, they gave me a budget of R$590.00 and saying that my car had a negative cubic capacity and that it is so original from the factory. When in doubt, I went to AJ Centro Automotivo and asked them to check the alignment, which in this case is 3d, everything was ok and they didn't try to do anything to get me any money. A super honest company, Congratulations and have gained another customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (NÃO RECOMENDO) No dia anterior fui informado que comprando o pneu "A troca seria gratis! No dia seguinte fui fazer a troca de 2 pneus novos e no final me cobraram montagem e balanceamento! Empresa nada transparente com o cliente! Ainda para variar todos fazendo churrasco na hora do trabalho (8:20 da manhã) deixando o cliente esperando! NÃO RECOMENDO!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim. Fui para trocar os pneus e colocar gás no ar condicionado. Condenaram a suspensão do meu carro. Disseram que era perigoso andar com o carro. Levei no mecânico de confiança e ele desmentiu tudo.
O serviço do ar condicionado, me cobraram a colocação de um óleo além do gás. Descobri depois que não tem óleo nenhum para ser trocado e o ar já não está gelando bem. Ou seja, não é uma empresa confiável. Infelizmente.
Too bad. I went to change the tires and put gas on the air conditioning. They ordered the suspension of my car. They said it was dangerous to drive the car. I took it to the trusted mechanic and he denied everything.
The air conditioning service, they charged me to install an oil in addition to the gas. I found out later that there is no oil to change and the air is not freezing well anymore. In other words, it is not a trustworthy company. Unfortunately.
