★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No meu terceiro atendimento, em 3/12/2016, tinha cabelo marcado às 16:00 h, cheguei 15 min antes do horário. O cabeleireiro chamado André estava escovando o cabelo de uma cliente, por volta de 16:20h estava lavando meu cabelo. Então ele terminou o serviço da mulher que foi embora, saiu de onde estava e adentrou em outras salas de atendimento. Neste momento esperava que fosse tomar uma água ou algo parecido porque não é fácil trabalhar o dia todo de pé. Meu filho de 1 ao e meio dormindo, eu com cabelo molhado, meu marido esperando e já são quase 17 h sem atendimento e o cabeleireiro? Sumiu, não falou que ia demorar, nem o porquê... Enfim, quando levantei para jogar no lixo algumas fios de cabelo retorno e vejo na sala ao lado que ele está trabalhando o cabelo de outra pessoa. Reclamei com a atendente a quem não recordo o nome que explicou que houve um atraso. E por que não falaram antes que o serviço iria demorar tanto? Eu sou mãe de família, trabalho e aquele dia da minha rotina tinha sido planejado em torno do horário que o salão se comprometeu em reservar para mim. Estávamos desde as 8 da manhã fazendo compras de natal no centro da cidade, almoçamos por volta de 13 horas próximo ao local que fica no Salvador Lyra, lado oposto da capital maceió, onde aguardamos o horário para que tudo ocorre conforme o planejado, pois seria o único dia livre para a família resolver essas questões natalinas, aí atrasam meu serviço por uma hora? Um simples corte de cabelo que poderia ter terminado em 30 min. Fiquei brava porque senti que eles não valorizaram o fato de ter ido apenas fazer o corte, ao contrário da maioria que faz corte, escova, pintura, alisamento que são serviços mais caros. Meu cabelo é 100% natural e não vejo esta necessidade.
RESULTADO: SAÍ DE LÁ COM O CABELO SEM SER CORTADO, MOLHADO, EMBARAÇADO E DESPENTEADO E COM A DESPESA DE UMA LAVAGEM DE CABELO QUE PODERIA SER DISPENSADA SE OS PROFISSIONAIS DE LÁ TIVESSEM UM TRABALHO MAIS TRANSPARENTE COM A CLIENTE AQUI QUE RELATA CONSTRANGIDA ESTA CENA DEPLORÁVEL.
Aí, com esta ação, voltamos a nossa rotina planejada e conseguimos realizar o que faltava fazer no Bairro do Farol a tempo de encerrar as atividades do comércio. Voltamos felizes por saber que conseguimos realizar tudo o que era mais urgente e deixamos o necessário (o corte de cabelo para depois) porque é mais fácil de resolver.
In my third service, on 12/3/2016, had hair scheduled at 16:00, I arrived 15 min before hours. The hairdresser named André was brushing a client's hair, around 4:20 pm he was washing my hair. Then he finished the service of the woman who left, left where he was, and entered other service rooms. At this point I was hoping that I would drink some water or something because it is not easy to work all day standing. My one-and-a-half-year-old son sleeping, me with wet hair, my husband waiting, and it's almost 5 pm unattended and the hairdresser? Gone, didn't say it was going to take long, or why ... Anyway, when I got up to throw some hair back in the trash and I see in the next room that he's working someone else's hair. I complained to the clerk whom I do not remember the name who explained that there was a delay. And why didn't they talk before that the service would take so long? I'm a family mom, I work, and that day of my routine had been planned around the time the salon promised to set aside for me. Since 8 am we were shopping for Christmas in the city center, we had lunch around 13 hours near the place that is in Salvador Lyra, opposite the capital maceió, where we waited for the time that everything happens as planned, because it would be the only free day for the family to solve these Christmas issues, then delay my service for an hour? A simple haircut that could have ended in 30 min. I was angry because I felt that they did not value the fact that I just went to do the cutting, unlike most who do cutting, brushing, painting, straightening which are more expensive services. My hair is 100% natural and I don't see this need.
RESULT: THERE OUT THERE THE HAIR WITHOUT CUTTING, WET, EMBRAYED AND HAIRDRESSED AND WITH THE EXPENDITURE OF A HAIR WASH THAT COULD BE DISPENSED IF THE WORKERS OF THERE WERE A MORE TRANSPARENT WORK WITH THE CONSISTANT CUSTOMER HERE .
Then, with this action, we returned to our planned routine and managed to accomplish what was left to do in Bairro do Farol in time to end the activities of commerce. We came back happy to know that we were able to accomplish everything that was most urgent and left the necessary (the haircut for later) because it is easier to solve.
