Preferimos pedir uma variedade de entradas acompanhadas com Pisco Sour e Tropical Sour.
Pedimos uma entrada que é um combo de mini baos (esses lanchinhos com um palito no meio recheados com panceta glaceada), patacones com pernil (massa feitas crocantes sensacionalmente temperadas) e essa versão fantástica de torresmo que é macio, coberto com um molho levemente doce chamada chancitos del cielo.
Os pratos foram perfeitos!!! Combinação incrível de sabores e texturas.
Quero voltar muitas vezes para provar outros pratos e, quando houver a oportunidade, os anticuchos - prato típico peruano feito de coração de boi.
Recomendo muito!!!!

We prefer to order a variety of starters accompanied by Pisco Sour and Tropical Sour.
We ordered a starter that is a combo of mini baos (those snacks with a stick in the middle stuffed with glazed panceta), patacones with shank (dough made crunchy sensationally seasoned) and this fantastic version of crackling that is soft, topped with a slightly sweet sauce. called chancitos del cielo.
The dishes were perfect!!! Amazing combination of flavors and textures.
I want to come back often to try other dishes and, when the opportunity arises, the anticuchos - a typical Peruvian dish made from beef heart.
I highly recommend!!!!
