Parecia alguém tentando aplicar golpe quando ligou para a minha avó. Resultado: a entrega não foi bem sucedida, o envelope retornou e ainda discutimos por ligação e via whatsapp.
I had a bad experience with a super rude delivery man who did not know how to communicate well with customers in a clear and coherent way. He looked like someone trying to land a scam when he called my grandmother. Result: the delivery was not successful, the envelope returned and we still discussed it by phone and via whatsapp.
