★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz de tudo em minha vida por conta de fortes dores na coluna e tentei de tudo nesse mundo. Comecei a olhar vídeos na internet sobre quiropraxia e pensei em fazer.. Na primeira sessão não acreditei a melhora que tive no momento foi impressionante, parece coisa de outro mundo. Muito obrigado a Dr. Murielle que começou os tratamentos e ao Dr. Juliano que está dando continuidade ao tratamento. Estrutura bastante confortável da recepção aos Drs. Clínica ajustar vocês estão de parabéns!!!!
 I did everything in my life because of severe back pain and tried everything in this world. I started watching internet videos about chiropractic and thought about doing .. In the first session I did not believe the improvement I had at the moment was impressive, it seems like something out of this world. Many thanks to Dr. Murielle who started the treatments and to Dr. Juliano who is continuing the treatment. Very comfortable structure of reception to Drs. Clinic adjust you are to be congratulated !!!!

I am having an incredible experience, all the staff are extremely friendly, they treat you very well. The chiropractor Juliano is an excellent professional, since my first consultation I already feel a great improvement, and now with the course of the treatment I am managing to do practically everything I could not do, I recommend Clinica Adjustar to everyone, I'm sure your pain will go away, just like mine too! ✨?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento inicial é ótimo,mas depois q vc faz o plano vira bagunça. Nunca meus agendamentos conseguem ser na hora agendada. Confirmam o horário e na hora do atendimento vc é feita de palhaça pq passam outras pessoas na frente desconsiderando o seu horário.
The initial service is great, but after you make the plan it becomes a mess. My appointments never manage to be on the scheduled time. They confirm the time and at the time of service you are made of a clown because other people pass by, disregarding your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faço tratamento a mais de 1 ano e me sinto bem, Dr. Alissander é ótimo, muito atencioso e gentil, eu saio da sessão renovada. Gosto do consultório todo de vidro pois, é um tratamento de muito contato com o corpo, e assim fico mais segura, pois sei que não haverá risco algum de assédio ou abuso do profissional que estará me atendendo por exemplo. Ótima ideia da clinica ser assim. Amo!
Obs: tenho 2 hérnias de disco no pescoço, devido à isso já tive muitas crises de coluna com muita dor, muitas vezes fiquei sem poder andar, a quiropraxia mudou minha vida.
Super indico. Dor nunca mais.
I've been in treatment for over 1 year and I feel good, Dr. Alissander is great, very attentive and kind, I leave the session renewed. I like the all-glass office because it is a treatment with a lot of contact with the body, and that way I'm safer, because I know there won't be any risk of harassment or abuse by the professional who will be attending me, for example. Great idea of the clinic being like that. Master!
Note: I have 2 herniated discs in my neck, due to this I have had many spine crises with a lot of pain, I was often unable to walk, chiropractic care changed my life.
Super indicate. Pain never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o fisioterapeuta é bom, optei pelo pacote de 18 tratamentos, definitivamente não é necessário. O preço individual de uma sessão de cerca de 15 minutos é muito alto, perfazendo um pacote de 500 RS por hora. Preço único por sessão RS240 por 15 minutos!!!! O custo-benefício não está aqui. A recepção em Recife é moderada, marcações erradas etc. Não voltaria a esta clínica. Não vale pena.
the physical therapist is good, I opted for the 18 treatments package, definitely not necessary. The individual price of a session of around 15 minutes is very high, making a package of 500 RS per hour. Single price per session RS240 for 15 minutes!!!! Value for money is not here. Reception in Recife is moderate, wrong appointments etc. I would not return to this clinic. It's not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um plano de 4 meses e sai de lá sem progresso algum nas dores que sentia. No final das contas eu só precisava fortalecer minha musculatura, mas os profissionais ficavam calados (eu sempre perguntava o que eu poderia fazer além de ir lá duas vezes na semana). Preferiram ficar com meu dinheiro e não me deram auxílio algum em relação as dores. Me estalaram da mesma forma duas vezes por semana por 4 meses e só.
Sugiro fazer sessões individuais na Ajustar e gastar seu dinheiro numa academia ou num bom fisioterapeuta.
Se eu tivesse feito isso ia ter economizado uns 1000 reais.
I made a 4 month plan and left without any progress in the pain I felt. In the end, I just needed to strengthen my muscles, but the professionals kept quiet (I always asked what I could do besides going there twice a week). They preferred to keep my money and didn't give me any help with the pain. They popped me the same way twice a week for 4 months and that was it.
I suggest doing one-on-one sessions at Adjust and spending your money at a gym or a good physical therapist.
If I had done that I would have saved about 1000 reais.
