★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos o 4 lanches e o motoboy buzinou e já foi embora sem esperar agt aparecer , após ligar pra reclamar só enrolação , tive q cancelar o lanche dps de praticamente 2 hrs esperando isso pq o endereço é perto , imagina se fosse longe , uma pena tratar o cliente assim, começou o ano bem ,?
 We ordered 4 snacks and the motoboy honked the horn and left without waiting for agt to show up , after calling to complain just stalling , I had to cancel the practically 2 hrs dps snack waiting for this because the address is close , imagine if it was far , a pity to treat the customer started the year well,?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi 4 hot dog e o motoboy veio aqui e buzinou e praticamente já foi embora sem esperar agt ir buscar os lanches , mandei msg pra reclamar e só enrolação , começou o ano bem ? super falta de respeito com o cliente q deixa de pedir algo em outro lugar pra não cancelar o pedido , e no fim tem q cancelar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos pelo segundo dia consecutivo na lanchonete, e fomos mal atendidos as duas vezes pela mesma funcionária no período da noite, sempre peço na parte da manhã e sempre fui muito bem atendido.... ontem nos deram uma coca que estava mais quente que o lanche ! Pedimos molho , não tinha mais , mesas todas sujas , com resto de alimento, no chão tbm, estava bem suja a loja ,isso pq ainda estamos em pandemia!!!!! Enfim hj chegamos a loja, havia feito pedido pelo WhatsApp, cheguei e falei boa noite a mal humorada e mal educada funcionaria além de nao recepcionar bem, foi super grossa ! Falando em voz alta PEDIDO NO CAIXA, respondi que já havia feito pelo WhatsApp e mais uma vez ela disse PEDE NO CAIXA, sendo que não havia ninguém no caixa .... só espero que algo seja feito, e que alguma medidaseja tomada , pois o dog é mto bom, mas a funcionária fortona de óculos precisa aprender a ter educação pra trabalhar com publico.....
We went to the cafeteria for the second day in a row, and we were poorly attended both times by the same employee at night, I always order in the morning and I was always very well attended.... yesterday they gave us a coke that was hotter than the snack ! We asked for sauce, there was no more, tables all dirty, with leftover food, on the floor too, the store was very dirty, that's because we are still in a pandemic!!!!! Anyway, today we arrived at the store, I had made an order by WhatsApp, I arrived and said good night, the bad tempered and rude would work in addition to not receiving well, it was super rude! Speaking aloud to ORDER AT THE CAIXA, I replied that I had already done it through WhatsApp and once again she said ORDER AT THE CAIXA, and there was no one at the cashier .... I just hope that something is done, and that some measures are taken, because the dog is very good, but the strong employee with glasses needs to learn to be educated to work with the public.....
