funcionários extremamente maus preparados para trabalhar com pessoas, mau educados, falta empatia, a loja em si, é até boa em variedades de produtos, porém o atendimento é horrível. Perde clientes todos os dias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão constrangida! Pedi pra atendente me ajudar a pegar um balde pois estava no alto,ela pediu que eu mostrasse pra ela onde estava,passei na frente pra mostrar. Quando olhei pra trás ela tinha sumido. Ainda fiquei aguardando pra ver se vinha pegar pra mim. Não pareceu ! Fui até a porta chamar meu esposo que estava no carro me esperando pra pegar pra mim. A moça da porta ficou falando várias vezes alto que precisava ficar alguém na porta,como se eu fosse roubar(sei que é o trabalho delas) mais ñ precisava me constranger tanto. Se a atendente tivesse pegado o balde nada disso teria acontecido. Deixo aqui minha indignação . Despreparadas e com uma enorme falta de respeito. Nunca me senti tão desrespeitada. Que vergonha e humilhação.
I have never been so embarrassed! I asked the attendant to help me get a bucket because it was at the top, she asked me to show her where I was, I went ahead to show her. When I looked back she was gone. I was still waiting to see if he would come get it for me. It didn't seem! I went to the door to call my husband who was in the car waiting for me to pick it up for me. The lady at the door kept talking loudly that someone needed to stay at the door, as if I was going to rob (I know it's their job) but I didn't need to embarrass myself so much. If the attendant had taken the bucket, none of this would have happened. Here I leave my indignation. Unprepared and with a huge lack of respect. I have never felt so disrespected. What shame and humiliation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é boa tem bastante variedade apesar do preço um pouquinho salgado. O atendimento por parte de alguns funcionários (não são todos) deixa a desejar, parece que estão sempre de mal humor, simpátia e educação passa longe.

Produtos no alto e sem preço e os atendentes passa longe de dar um bom atendimento.
Eu e minha mãe deixou de comprar produtos por falta de ajuda.
Único funcionário que atende bem e um rapaz que deixa a desejar pois fica sobrecarregado por ter que prestar vários atendimentos já que só ele atende com vontade. As atendentes feminina e péssima e teve uma que eu pedi ajuda ela pediu para eu aguardar porque ela estava fazendo uma gambiarra kkkkk que palavra feia né usada pela atendente e quando perguntei da gerente me deu as costa e saiu andando.
Loja boa com péssima funcionárias e organização.

Me and my mother stopped buying products for lack of help.
The only employee who serves well and a young man who leaves something to be desired because he is overwhelmed by having to provide several services since he is the only one willing to assist. The female attendants are terrible and there was one that I asked for help, she asked me to wait because she was making a kkkkk knickknack what an ugly word the attendant used and when I asked the manager she turned her back on me and walked away.
Good store with bad employees and organization.
