★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, saí de lá me sentindo lesada! Cobraram para fazer uma arte feita em 10 min (qualidade ruim), como recusei que imprimissem os adesivos tive que pagar a tal arte, e ainda me disseram que para levar a "arte digital" sem os adesivos tinha que pagar o dobro.
Absurdo!!!
Bad service, I left feeling hurt! They charged me to make an art made in 10 minutes (bad quality), as I refused to print the stickers, I had to pay for that art, and I was also told that to take "digital art" without the stickers, I had to pay double.
Absurd!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi impressão em papel fosco e me fizeram em um papel que nem fotográfico era. As fotos todas desbotadas e com as medidas fora do padrão. O pior é que não aceitaram refazer o serviço. O melhor é fugir desse lugar!!!
I asked for printing on matte paper and they made me on paper that wasn't even photographic. The photos are all faded and non-standard measurements. The worst is that they did not accept to redo the service. The best is to escape from this place !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisam urgentemente melhorar a qualidade das fotos 3x4.....hoje fui tirar uma foto, estranhei o fato do que seria o fundo da foto ser um pano manchado..... quando revelaram as fotos e fui ver, percebi que me recortaram e me colocaram em um fundo branco de maneira MUITO mal feita, parece aquelas montagens toscas da internet....meu cabelo, que é cacheado, ficou liso nas fotos de tanto que recortaram ele....sério pessoal, sem condições, joguei o dinheiro no lixo pq tive que ir em outro lugar tirar novas fotos.
They urgently need to improve the quality of 3x4 photos ..... today I went to take a photo, I was surprised that the background of the photo would be a stained cloth ..... when the photos were developed and I went to see them, I realized that they cut me and put me on a white background in a VERY bad way, it looks like those rough montages of the internet .... my hair, which is curly, was straight in the photos so much that they cut it .... seriously guys, without conditions, I played the money in the trash because I had to go somewhere else to take new photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de sensibilidade com os clientes. Segundo o Google, a loja estaria aberta aos sábados, chegando lá para retirar as lembrancinhas do aniversário do meu filho estava fechada a loja.
Não recomendo, não volto mais lá.
