★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia para quem quer TREINAR mesmo! Academia simples, mas atende a todos o grupos musculares. Instrutores bem formados e educados. Lugar antigo, mas sempre limpo, equipamentos em bom estado. Todos respeitando as regras da Pandemia, inclusive mantendo a higienização dos panos e papeis usados para limparmos os equipamentos após o uso. Treinei pouco tempo lá, mas treinaria novamente se voltasse para Sampa.
Gym for those who really want to TRAIN! Simple gym, but caters to all muscle groups. Well-trained and educated instructors. Old place, but always clean, equipment in good condition. All respecting the rules of the Pandemic, including maintaining the hygiene of the cloths and papers used to clean the equipment after use. I trained for a short time there, but I would train again if I went back to Sampa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvidas a MELHOR academia. Eu tinha muito trauma com a academia no passado, desistia depois de 2 meses e achei que eu não gostava... até começar a treinar na Akira (já fazem 6 meses). A academia é simples, mas isso não prejudica em absolutamente nada, os equipamentos são ótimos e os professores são muito atenciosos, profissionais, trilha sonora sempre boa e valor muito justo. Simplesmente eu amo esse lugar <3
Undoubtedly the BEST gym. I had a lot of trauma with the gym in the past, I gave up after 2 months and I thought I didn't like it... until I started training at Akira (it's been 6 months). The gym is simple, but that doesn't hurt at all, the equipment is great and the teachers are very attentive, professional, the soundtrack is always good and the price is very fair. I just love this place <3
