★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condôminos e Síndicos de Campinas e região, por vivência própria, digo não contratem essa empresa para vossos condomínios, empresa desorganizada, funcionários mal educados , sistema operacional falho, não respondem e-mail, quando vão apresentar o projeto aos condôminos, são todos educados, se colocam como expertise na área, quando falham, não conseguem resolver ( só a base de muita insistência) e te tratam muito mal, então aqui vai minha dica pensem bem antes de escolherem a Mais Alerta Portaria Remota.
Condominiums and Liquidators of Campinas and region, from my own experience, I say do not hire this company for your condominiums, disorganized company, badly educated employees, flawed operating system, do not answer e-mail, when they are going to present the project to the apartment owners, they are all educated, if they put themselves as expertise in the area, when they fail, they can't solve it (just the basis of a lot of insistence) and they treat you very badly, so here's my tip, think carefully before choosing the Most Alert Remote Ordinance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio onde mora a minha sogra utiliza os serviços dessa empresa. Melhor não esquecer o controle do portão e torcer pra ele estar funcionando quando chegar lá. Não e raro precisar entrar pelo portão de saída e mais de uma vez ficamos presos sem conseguir entrar e/ou sair pq n tem NINGUEM atendendo a portaria. Se n tem ninguém p atender os moradores e visitantes, quais as chances de ter alguém olhando as câmeras de segurança? Pode entrar uma quadrilha inteira lá dentro e limpar todas as casas q as chances de tocar um alarme sequer são mínimas. Péssima empresa .
Condominium where my mother-in-law lives uses the services of that company. Better not forget the gate control and hope it works when you get there. It is not rare to need to enter through the exit gate and more than once we are stuck without being able to enter and / or leave because there is NO ONE attending the concierge. If no one p pays attention to residents and visitors, what are the chances of having someone watching the security cameras? You can enter an entire gang inside and clean all the houses q the chances of even ringing an alarm are minimal. Bad company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa sempre foi PÉSSIMA principalmente do atendimento não resolvem nada estou a um mês sendo impedida de entrar no meu apartamento isso pq estou com condomínio em dia .
Estou +ou - um mês tendo problemas na minha entrada e nunca resolveram sem contar que minha tá foi bloqueada sem qualquer aviso sabe se lá o motivo .
Hoje mesmo fui impedida novamente de entrar no condomínio motivo sabe se lá qual....

This company has always been TERRIBLE mainly because of the service they do not solve anything I am being prevented from entering my apartment for a month because I have a condominium up to date.
I'm +or - a month having problems with my entry and they never resolved without mentioning that my is blocked without any warning you know the reason.
Just today I was prevented from entering the condominium again, for who knows what....
From this I was made.BO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das empresas que pesquisei do setor, aparenta ser a melhor e mais completa. Claro que falta alguns pontos a serem melhorados mas em comparação com demais, até o momento, ainda é a melhor escolha.
