Realizei o pedido às 19:26 e o pedido foi confirmado logo depois. No entanto, o pedido chegou às 23:05, ou seja, mais de 3h de espera! . Ao telefonar, a ligação não é completada e cai logo em seguida. QUE AO MENOS SE COMUNIQUEM COM SEUS CLIENTES E DEEM EXPLICAÇÕES! Lendo outros comentários constato que VÁRIAS outras pessoas infelizmente passaram por isso também. É um descaso TOTAL do restaurante. Se não consegue suprir sua demanda, que deixe de operar.

I placed the order at 19:26 and the order was confirmed shortly after. However, the order arrived at 23:05, that is, more than 3 hours of waiting! . When calling, the call does not go through and then hangs up. AT LEAST COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS AND GIVE EXPLANATIONS! Reading other comments I see that SEVERAL other people unfortunately went through this too. It's a TOTAL neglect by the restaurant. If you can't meet your demand, stop operating.

Não entregaram no tempo previsto, cancelei o pedido, e mesmo assim o motoboy veio tocar a campainha. 2 horas e meia pra entregar 2 hot dogs???? Recusei a entrega sem pestanejar, já havia cancelado. Por WhatsApp eles mandam uma resposta meio padrão de "desculpa, espero superar sua expectativa em outra oportunidade" ou qualquer besteira do tipo. Enfim, não recomendo este lugar.
Would not recommend. Total unprepared in the operation, they are amateurs. They did not deliver on time, I canceled the order, and even then the motoboy rang the bell. 2 hours and a half to deliver 2 hot dogs ???? I refused delivery without blinking, had already canceled. By WhatsApp they send a standard response of "sorry, I hope to surpass their expectation at another opportunity" or any kind of bullshit. Anyway, I can not recommend this place.

Quando liguei no restaurante as 21:30 me disseram que já havia saído, as 22:00 liguei novamente e falaram que o motoboy já estava chegando. As 22:22 liguei novamente falaram q tiveram um problema iriam fazer outro lanche e em 10 minutos eu receberia!!!As 23:00 liguei novamente falaram que o lanche já havia saído para entrega!!!
E resumindo o lanche nunca chegou!!!!
Pedi meu dinheiro de volta falaram que não havia como fazer pois o pagamento já tinha sido feito via online.
Restaurante sem credibilidade nenhuma, mentiroso, péssimo atendimento via telefone e ainda ficaram com meu dinheiro!!!!!

And in short the snack never arrived !!!!
I asked for my money back and they said that there was no way to do it because payment had already been made online.
Restaurant without any credibility, liars, poor service via phone and still they kept my money !!!!!

O hambúrguer parece (deve ser) industrializado, destes que compramos em supermercado. O pão estava com a parte de baixo dura, ressecado. Tudo bem se não anunciassem que o valor sem o desconto em R$ 27,00, o que remete a um produto artesanal. Enfim, primeira e última vez.?
