1. Somente recebi a relatório de vistoria 60 dias após a locação.
2. Problemas encontrados no imóvel não foram reparados pelo proprietário (infiltração, janelas que não fecham, vazamentos hidráulicos).
3. Não me forneceram nenhum dado das contas de luz e gás, foi um transtorno conseguir fazer a ligação dos mesmo.
4.O endereço que consta no contrato de locação não é o mesmo que vem nas contas de luz e gás.
5. Não notificam com antecedência sobre os aumentos de condomínio, simplesmente enviam o boleto com um aumento absurdo.
I didn't have a good experience renting properties from this real estate company:
1. I only received the inspection report 60 days after the rental.
2. Problems found in the property were not repaired by the owner (infiltration, windows that do not close, hydraulic leaks).
3. They did not provide me with any data on the electricity and gas bills, it was a problem to be able to connect them.
4. The address on the lease agreement is not the same as the address on the electricity and gas bills.
5. They do not notify in advance about the condominium increases, they simply send the ticket with an absurd increase.
