 Alambique Barbinotto offers a high diversity of distilled sugarcane products, with the flagship of the house being the jambu cachaça, a simply incredible experience! The restaurant can improve its dynamics in service, the size of the portions leaves a little to be desired, the taste is pleasant and the prices are affordable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente alambique com várias cachaças e licores. Muitas possuem uma versão com adição de jambu. De sexta a domingo funciona o restaurante do alambique com pratos deliciosos e sobremesas. Vale a pena ir, provar as cachaças e comprar as favoritas e depois almoçar no restaurante. Super recomendo
Excellent still with various cachaças and liqueurs. Many have a version with the addition of jambu. From Friday to Sunday the alembic restaurant is open with delicious dishes and desserts. It's worth going, tasting the cachaças and buying your favorites and then having lunch at the restaurant. I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei muito boa experiência em um restaurante típico de roça, em ambiente externo, em chão de areia e abaixo de árvores de larga sombra. O acesso é por estrada de chão em boas condições. No local, há tanto o alambique, a loja de bebidas e o restaurante. Conheci os dois últimos. Na breve passagem pelo lojinha, fui muito bem recebido. Em ambos os espaços você pode se servir de uma cachaça ou licor. O de açaí com jambu é dos melhores, ainda que um tanto doce para meu paladar.
A comida também não decepciona. Comi porções diversas de guarnição com xerelete. A comida estava bem temperadinha, especialmente o peixe. A prova das bebidas é um bom atrativo. Sugiro deixar a cachaça também, além do licor.
Quando estive, havia um pouco de moscas incómodas. Não chegaram a atrapalhar o programa, mas é um alerta para a finalidade de tentar afasta-las.
No geral, achei altamente recomendável.
I found it to be a very good experience in a typical country restaurant, outdoors, on a sandy floor and under trees with wide shade. Access is via a dirt road in good condition. On-site there is both the still, the liquor store and the restaurant. I know the last two. In my brief visit to the shop, I was very well received. In both spaces you can help yourself to a cachaça or liqueur. The açaí with jambu is one of the best, although a little sweet for my taste.
The food doesn't disappoint either. I ate several servings of garnish with sniffles. The food was well seasoned, especially the fish. The beverage tasting is a good attraction. I suggest leaving the cachaça as well, in addition to the liqueur.
When I was there, there were a few annoying flies. They didn't get in the way of the program, but it's a warning for the purpose of trying to keep them away.
Overall, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an amazing place to try a Brazilian spirit called "cachaça". There are many flavours available and you can try any of them for free before buying. The shop also offers a selection of sweet marmalade type things and jam and some salt biscuits. It's a great place to take photos as well.
