Funcionários extremamente solícitos, boa área de lazer, condomínio bem localizado!
Pena aparentemente não ter pulso o síndico do condomínio! Digo isso porque um dos vizinhos do meus pais(que são idosos) costuma principalmente nos finais de semana ouvir o som de forma extremamente alta incomodando pelo que soube inclusive pessoas de outros blocos e o síndico não toma uma posição! Soube que esse inconveniente já foi multado mas nada muda! O síndico deveria ter uma postura mais firme nessa questão mas pelo visto ele se acovarda!
I spend vacation there whenever I go to Aracaju and stay at my parents' house!
Extremely helpful staff, good recreation area, well located condominium!
Too bad apparently no pulse the condominium manager! I say this because one of my parents' neighbors (who are elderly) usually mostly on the weekends hear the sound extremely loud disturbing from what I knew even people from other blocks and the liquidator does not take a position! I understand this inconvenience has already been fined but nothing changes! The liquidator should have a firmer stance on this issue but apparently he cows!
