Até pensei que pela lei da garantia, a autorizada tem 30 dias para devolver o produto reparado, mas me surpreenderam com apenas 5 dias e já estava tudo resolvido, mesmo aguardando da LG, o envio da peça que necessitava para reparo. Tanto a LG quanto a autorizada estão de parabéns!
Excellent technical support. Very fast response time. The concert was ready in a few days. I even thought that under the warranty law, the authorized company has 30 days to return the repaired product, but I was surprised with only 5 days and everything was already resolved, even waiting for LG to send the part I needed for repair. Both LG and the authorized are to be congratulated!
