★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infraestrutura boa, porém o condomínio é muito grande e na maioria das vezes temos a caminhar muito para chegar aos blocos sem contar que não possuem elevador, acho q deveria ter estacionamento interno para visitantes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui prestar um serviço e fiquei 8 minutos no sol por que os porteiros simplesmente não atendiam o interfone e tinha 2 na guarita,achei muito desrespeito com o próximo!
I went to provide a service and stayed in the sun for 8 minutes because the doormen simply did not answer the intercom and there were 2 in the guardhouse, I found it very disrespectful to the next person!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio com localização ruim pra quem depende de transporte público. A portaria funciona efetivamente. Áreas de lazer são bastante disputadas, não só aos finais de semana. Vizinhança pouco cordial.
