★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente mentiroso em Miami! Primeiro alegou que não tinha o carro e me fez pagar U$ 300,00 a mais para ter outro carro que mesmo assim não era o que eu queria. Quando desci para retirar o veículo que paguei à mais, verifiquei que tinham 6 veículos semelhantes ao que tinha alugado e inclusive o manobrista confirmou. Depois da minha briga com a gerência, estornou o valor e liberou o veículo. Mentiu também no pedágio alegando que seria gratuito por toda a Flórida pagando apenas U$ 19,98 e quando devolvi o atendente disse que isso não existe na Álamo e que tenho que aguardar a conta no meu cartão de crédito. Quis pagar em cash e eles não aceitaram! Nunca mais!!!!!

After my fight with management, he reversed the value and released the vehicle. also lied in claiming that toll would be free throughout Florida paying only US $ 19.98 and when I returned the clerk said that it does not exist in Poplar and I have to wait for the bill on my credit card. Wanted to pay in cash and they did not accept! Never!!!!!

E espero que a nova Gerencia do SMS ele possa enxergar os que realmente dão o sangue e não aqueles que babam ovo.
