Eu peguei um táxi para ir até o local, não está no endereço informado, telefone DIFICULDADE para atender, e quando consegui falar, me pediram para aguardar na rua (estava em frente a MOVIDA) um sol tremendo as 13h decepcionado!
Porque não avisam qual local exato devo procurar?

I took a taxi to go to the place, it is not at the address given, telephone DIFFICULTY to answer, and when I managed to speak, they asked me to wait in the street (I was in front of MOVIDA) for a shivering sun at 1pm disappointed!
Why don't they tell you which exact location I should look for?
why don't you have a correct address?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para achar a Alamo, basta dirigir-se a Unidas, Aluguel de Veículos, do aeroporto Congonhas, que vc será atendido.
No meu caso, fui bem atendido e recebi meu veículo rapidamente.
To find Alamo, just go to Unidas, Aluguel de Veículos, at Congonhas airport, and you will be served.
In my case, I was well attended and received my vehicle quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten einen Mietwagen gebucht. Als wir am Flughafen angekommen sind konnten wir keinen Hinweis zu Alamo finden. Keine Schilder, kein Stand, niemand wusste irgendetwas zu Alamo.
Also versuchten wir die angegebene Telefonnummer anzurufen. Auch nach dem 10ten Versuch ging niemand an das Telefon.
Da es schon spät war, gaben wir nach ca einer Stunde suchen und anrufen auf und nahmen ein Taxi.
Mietwagen haben wir natürlich nicht erhalten. Sauerei
We had booked a rental car. When we arrived at the airport we couldn't find any reference to the Alamo. No signs, no booth, nobody knew anything about the Alamo.
So we tried to call the given phone number. Even after the 10th attempt, no one answered the phone.
Since it was already late, we gave up searching and calling after about an hour and took a taxi.
Of course, we did not receive any rental cars. mess
