★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço da Alarmaxi por conta das boas avaliações encontradas no Google, mas infelizmente não tive a mesma sorte dos outros clientes.
Inicialmente o atendimento foi muito bom e a instalação da cerca elétrica foi dentro do prazo, porém a instalação foi feita por um terceiro contratado pela empresa, o mesmo trabalhou com má vontade e reclamava de tudo, faltou capricho e em alguns pontos as hastes ficaram bem desalinhadas, mas até aí, tudo bem. O maior problema começou quando chovia, a cerca dava fuga de corrente e o alarme disparava. Falei com o Fábio, o mesmo veio e colocou fita nos locais onde estava ocorrendo a fuga, mas mesmo assim o problema continuou. Falei com ele novamente, ele ficou de voltar mas não veio, então comprei a fita e comecei a isolar os locais onde ocorria a fuga, porém quando isolava um local, ocorria em outro. Novamente mandei mensagem para o Fábio, ele ficou de vim verificar, mas não veio novamente.
Então tive que chamar outro profissional para descobrir qual era o problema, pois já fazia quase 2 meses que não conseguia utilizar a cerca com chuva. Segundo o técnico, o problema era nas várias imendas e voltas desnecessárias do fio no resistor, ficando perto da haste, a solução seria passar todo fio novamente da forma correta ou isolar todos locais. Pedi para o técnico isolar todos locais onde poderia ocorrer a fuga e o problema foi solucionado.
Não recomendo os serviços da Alarmaxi, pois se você precisar de suporte, vai ficar na mão.
I hired the Alarmaxi service because of the good reviews found on Google, but unfortunately I was not as lucky as the other customers.
Initially the service was very good and the installation of the electric fence was on time, but the installation was done by a third party hired by the company, he worked grudgingly and complained about everything, lacked caprice and in some points the rods were fine misaligned, but so far so good. The biggest problem started when it was raining, the fence was leaking and the alarm went off. I talked to Fabio, he came and put tape in the places where the leak was taking place, but the problem still continued. I spoke to him again, he stayed back but did not come, so I bought the tape and started to isolate the places where the leak occurred, but when it isolated one place, it occurred in another. Again I texted Fabio, he came to check, but did not come again.
So I had to call another professional to find out what the problem was, as it had been almost 2 months since I could not use the fence with rain. According to the technician, the problem was in the many unnecessary twists and turns of the wire in the resistor, being close to the rod, the solution would be to pass all wire again correctly or isolate all locations. I asked the technician to isolate all locations where the leak could occur and the problem was solved.
I do not recommend Alarmaxi services, because if you need support, it will be at hand.
