O vendedor me enganou. Disse que a Policia ia ao local se o sistema disparasse, mas não apareceu ninguém para me dar apoio, e o ladrão foi embora normalmente. solicitei o cancelamento do sistema e me disseram que o valor de mil reais que paguei não era da compra do equipamento e sim da instalação e ainda tive que pagar uma multa de mais de três mil reais.

E quando fui cancelar me cobraram uma multa absurda, eles informar na hora da venda que o valor é de comprar dos equipamentos, e quando cancelamentos informar q o valor pago não foi da venda dos equipamentos e sim da instalação eles enganam os clientes.
