Tempo de entrega absurdamente enganoso, falaram que estaria pronto em 1 semana e passei 4 semanas tentando, eles falavam q ficaria pronto tal dia, quando eu aia ver bao estava nada pronto e arrumavam outra desculpa, por fim falavam q n davam pra fazer e peguei o dinheiro de volta.
Low quality product with poor resolution.
Delivery time absurdly misleading, they said it would be ready in 1 week and I spent 4 weeks trying, they said that it would be ready that day, when I would see bao it was nothing ready and they found another excuse, finally they said that I couldn't do it and I took the money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ela e péssima, pedi uns adesivos para um evento, me foi informado que cerca de 3 dias úteis após eu já poderia ir buscar. ok numa sexta fiz o pedido e na quinta feira seguinte fui até a gráfica e não estava pronto. depois retornei no sábado seguinte e nada. hoje quarta feira não estava pronto, e o pior e que eles ficaram enrolando com uma resposta e o evento e hoje. pra dizer que não conseguiram ou seja pura falta de profissionalismo porque eu estava precisando. mais consegui uma outra gráfica que fez em 1h. sinceramente não recomendo, são irresponsáveis e desleixados. liguei mandei whatsapp e mesmo assim o gerente teve a cara de pau de dizer não conseguia falar comigo. não recomendo. não vá, eles não tem respeito por ninguém e gasto de dinheiro e paciência
she is terrible, i asked for stickers for an event, i was informed that about 3 working days after i could go get it. ok on a friday i made the order and the following thursday i went to the printer and it wasn't ready then I returned the next Saturday and nothing. today Wednesday was not ready, and the worst is that they were messing around with an answer and the event and today. to say that they didn’t succeed or that is pure lack of professionalism because I needed it. but I got another printer that made in 1 hour. I honestly do not recommend it, they are irresponsible and sloppy. I called I sent whatsapp and even then the manager had the face to say he couldn't talk to me. I do not recommend. don't go, they have no respect for anyone and spend money and patience

Fiz o pedido na terça-feira e como a própria gráfica diz "PRODUÇÃO EM 24H" fui informado que estaria pronto para retirada na quarta-feira, mas quando perguntei se estava pronto, voltei a ser informado que estaria pronto na quinta-feira pela manhã a partir de 9h. Chegando lá não estava pronto e me informaram que estaria pronto se eu aguardasse mais 2H hahaha. Após falar com o funcionário Gustavo o tempo caiu para 40 minutos, enfim tudo estaria resolvido, se não fosse o fato de chegar em casa e constatar que estava tudo mal cortado e mal impresso (riscado e sem resolução). COMO UMA GRÁFICA NÃO SABE O QUE É SANGRIA OU MANUSEAR UMA MÁQUINA DE RECORTE ELETRÔNICO? Quase todos os adesivos eram círculos, mas foram cortados somente meio circulo. Desta forma ao destacar o adesivo ele rasgava, tive que cortar todos a mão, um por um.

Getting there was not ready and I was informed that it would be ready if I waited another 2H hahaha. After talking to the employee Gustavo the time fell to 40 minutes, finally everything would be resolved, if it were not for the fact that he came home and found that everything was badly cut and badly printed (scratched and without resolution). HOW DOES A GRAPHIC DON'T KNOW WHAT IS BLEEDING OR HANDLING AN ELECTRONIC CUTTING MACHINE? Almost all the stickers were circles, but they were cut only half a circle. In this way when detaching the adhesive it tore, I had to cut all by hand one by one.
