★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida!! Admito que nao estava esperando muito, por conta do preço barato e alguns reviews negativos, mas tanto as recepcionistas, quanto à médica foram ótimas, marquei um exame pro dia seguinte no mesmo local, e foi tudo muito rápido e bem feito. Super indico!
 I was very well taken care of!! I admit that I wasn't expecting much, because of the cheap price and some negative reviews, but both the receptionists and the doctor were great, I scheduled an exam for the next day at the same place, and everything was very fast and well done. Super nominate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suporte de péssima qualidade. Não indico para ninguém. Precisei de uma receita imediata, pois tinha que dar uma notícia para uma senhora de 80 anos nada agradável. Ela precisava de um calmante e não tive suporte algum. Você não consegue falar diretamente com o médico mesmo depois de passar pela consulta, tem que falar com a central, para depois eles entrarem em contato com o profissional que te atendeu. Absurdo!!!!!!!!
Poor quality support. I don't recommend it to anyone. I needed an immediate prescription, as I had to give an 80-year-old lady not very pleasant news. She needed a sedative and I had no support. You cannot talk directly to the doctor even after going through the consultation, you have to talk to the center, so that they can then contact the professional who attended you. Absurd!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica não é muito boa, paguei por uma consulta, fiz todos os exames pedidos para dar início a um tratamento e não consigo um retorno pq a médica nunca está na clínica... NÃO me respondem no whatsapp para uma solução, não me marcam com outro médico (sim pq se a médica nunca está presente pq trabalha em outro lugar o certo é nem jogar cliente para ela ) muito fácil cobrar uma consulta que não é batata e não dar um parecer depois. Lamentável essa situação.
Clinic is not very good, I paid for an appointment, I did all the exams requested to start a treatment and I can't get a return because the doctor is never at the clinic... another doctor (yes, because if the doctor is never present because she works elsewhere, the right thing is not to play a client for her) very easy to charge an appointment that is not a potato and not give an opinion later. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito demorado, fui fazer um ultrassom , meu horário era as 08horas , profissional DR. Lucas chegou atrasado , enfim só fui atendida às 10 horas.
Venham para essa unidade sem pressa , porque se tiverem outros compromissos vão se atrasar com certeza.
Não gostei.
Very long service, I went for an ultrasound, my time was 08:00, professional DR. Lucas arrived late, finally I was only attended to at 10 o'clock.
Come to this unit without haste, because if you have other commitments, you will be late for sure.
Did not like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha amiga foi na clínica no dia 12 de fevereiro para consulta médica por problema de ouvido. A médica passou apenas um remédio local. Ela teve dor por uma semana. Tentou nova consulta por conta da dor e disseram que ela só poderia ser atendida no dia 26, porque é a data do retorno. Mas disseram que não podem atender nem no dia 26 por causa do carnaval. Ela precisa ser atendida. Está com muita dor no ouvido. Mas a clínica se recusa a atender, nem ela e nem outro médico, que se ela quiser outro médico tem que pagar. É um descaso muito grande com o paciente.
My friend went to the clinic on February 12th for a medical consultation due to an ear problem. The doctor gave only a local remedy. She had pain for a week. She tried a new appointment because of the pain and they said that she could only be seen on the 26th, because that is the date of her return. But they said they can't answer even on the 26th because of carnival. She needs to be taken care of. You have a lot of pain in your ear. But the clinic refuses to attend, neither she nor another doctor, who if she wants another doctor she has to pay. It's a huge disregard for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei estrutura para fazer um teste rápido antígeno, o local estava bem cheio, mesclando paciente de consultas rotineiras e o quantitativo das pessoas procurando exame.
Desde o inicio o atendimento foi bem aplicado, mesmo com as dificuldades de comunicação pela falha existente na disponibilidade das senhas. Facilmente superado. Em especial, a atendente Brunna que fez a minha triagem.
O exame ocorreu de forma tranquila, mesmo com uma fila de espera, logo após em seus 20 minutos, o resultado já estava pronto e pode regressar para minha casa.
Recomendo esse local!

The exam went smoothly, even with a waiting list, just after its 20 minutes, the result was ready and I can return to my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje Dia 25/05 em uma consulta marcada em cima da hora com otorrinolaringologista, confesso que estava com receio de procurar a clínica devido às várias avaliações negativas. Cheguei 10 minutos antes do horário que estava marcada 15:30h e não demorou nada , logo fui chamada, ( eles pedem para chegar 15min antes ). Fui bem atendida na recepção , infelizmente não vi o nome da funcionária mas muito educada por sinal e simpática.
A dra que me atendeu CAROLINE DE ARAÚJO LIMA SANDIN , muito solícita , humana, diligente. Sai da clínica muito satisfeita com atendimento. Acho justo deixar aqui a minha experiência já que se tratando de insatisfação ou mal atendimento nós somos rápidos para avaliar , e por que não fazer o mesmo , quando ficamos satisfeitos com um serviço prestado?! ?
I was today on the 25/05th for an appointment scheduled at the last minute with an otolaryngologist, I confess that I was afraid to look for the clinic due to the various negative reviews. I arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time at 3:30 pm and it didn't take long, so I was called (they ask to arrive 15 minutes earlier). I was well attended at the reception, unfortunately I didn't see the name of the employee but very polite and friendly.
The dr who attended me CAROLINE DE ARAÚJO LIMA SANDIN, very helpful, human, diligent. I left the clinic very satisfied with the service. I think it's fair to leave my experience here, since when it comes to dissatisfaction or bad service we are quick to evaluate, and why not do the same, when we are satisfied with a service provided?! ?

Quando às 11:00, entrou mais uma pessoa na minha frente, disse à médica que eu tinha chegado antes e ela me mostrou que meu nome não chegou no sistema pra ela... A MAIORIA DOS CLIENTES SÃO IDOSOS E NÃO TEM AR NEM VENTILADOR! R$ 120,00 a consulta!
