★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma péssima clínica. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Marquei o exame para descobrir o sexo do meu bebê, organizei um chá revelação, porém, a clínica Alba desmarcou e não nós comunicou, estragando esse momento tão importante para mim e minha esposa e demostrando muita falta de empatia com o ser humano. Uma vergonha. Podem ter certeza que irei falar com todos os meu conhecidos de uma maneira muito negativa.
Nunca mais espero voltar a essa clínica.
 A bad clinic. Bad customer service. I scheduled the exam to find out the sex of my baby, I organized a revelation tea, however, the Alba clinic canceled and we did not communicate, ruining this moment so important for me and my wife and showing a great lack of empathy with the human being. A shame. You can be sure that I will speak to all my acquaintances in a very negative way.
I never hope to return to that clinic again.

Só me passam exames eu faço é sempre dizem que não deu nada.
Aí passam mais exames.
Nessa brincadeira já gastei mais de
R$ 1.000,00 de exames e não descobrem o que eu tenho.
Não sei se é uma forma de lucram em cima dos clientes, na venda de exames.
Ou é incompetência mesmo....
Unfortunately, this is the 3rd time I go to the clinic.
They only give me exams I do and they always say it didn't work.
Then they pass more exams.
In this game I have already spent more than
R$1,000.00 of exams and they don't find out what I have.
I don't know if it's a way to profit from customers, by selling exams.
Or is it incompetence....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta para o horário de 10:40h, cheguei 5min antes do horário da consulta, peguei uma senha e esperei ser chamado por uma das atendentes. Quando finalmente uma das atendentes chamou meu número tive a ""agradável"" notícia que o médico com qual iria me consultar tinha acabado de ir embora. Gasolina custando 6 reais, no dia da consulta fui de carro e fiquei no prejuízo..... Um dica: Evitem ir na Alba Saúde, eles tem tudo pra prestarem um serviço de qualidade mas falta organização em todos os setores.
I made an appointment for the time of 10:40 am, arrived 5min before the appointment time, got a password and waited to be called by one of the attendants. When one of the attendants finally called my number, I got the ""pleasant"" news that the doctor I was going to see had just left. Gasoline cost 6 reais, on the day of the consultation I went by car and was at a loss.... A tip: Avoid going to Alba Saúde, they have everything to provide a quality service but lack organization in all sectors.

Agendei pelo site uma consulta com a dermatologista Ana Luiza. A consulta foi marcada para as 11:00 horas e cheguei 15 minutos antes . Fui atendida às 12:30 horas.
Fui apenas retirar uma verruga abaixo do braço. Um procedimento que não leva tanto tempo pois já fiz este procedimento antes em outra clinica.
Para meu espanto esta doutora olhou minhas costas e constatou o que eu já sabia e faço tratamento. Fiquei 15 minutos e ela não fez o procedimento alegando que não tinha tempo e que eu teria que voltar , mesmo eu pagando para retirada da verruga , ela não realizou e me disse que eu poderia me consultar com outro médico em outro dia.
Paguei uma consulta . Fiquei aguardando horas para ser atendida. Fiquei 15 minutos dentro do consultório. Perdi o dinheiro da consulta porque não foi feito nenhum procedimento mesmo eu falando que pagaria na hora para que fosse realizado.
Quanto tempo dura uma consulta ? Porque a minha durou 15 minutos . Com certeza daria tempo para retirada da verruga.
Que falta de respeito com o paciente.
Porque agendar horário se não é cumprido.
Melhor ser por ordem de chegada.
Estou triste , não pelo dinheiro ,que está tão difícil de ter , mas com o descaso e falta de comprometimento.
Realmente lamentável.
Obrigado e até nunca mais . Não estou neste mundo para ser tratada deste jeito com absoluta falta de respeito.

Terrible. Unacceptable and disappointing.
I booked an appointment with the dermatologist Ana Luiza on the website. The appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am and I arrived 15 minutes early. I was attended at 12:30 pm.
I just went to remove a mole below my arm. A procedure that does not take that long because I have done this procedure before in another clinic.
To my amazement, this doctor looked at my back and found out what I already knew and I have treatment. I stayed 15 minutes and she did not do the procedure claiming she did not have time and that I would have to go back, even though I paid for the wart removal, she did not do it and told me that I could see another doctor on another day.
I paid for an appointment. I was waiting hours to be attended. I was in the office for 15 minutes. I lost the money for the consultation because no procedure was done even though I said that I would pay on time for it to be done.
How long does an appointment last? Because mine lasted 15 minutes. It would certainly give time to remove the wart.
What a lack of respect for the patient.
Why schedule an appointment if it is not met.
Better to be on a first-come, first-served basis.
I am sad, not for the money, which is so difficult to have, but with the neglect and lack of commitment.
Really unfortunate.
Thank you and never again. I am not in this world to be treated this way with an absolute lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente e médico ok. Mas realizei uma ultrassonografia e qdo peguei o exame à impressão de péssima qualidade. Impossível de ler qualquer informação. Ridículo, cont um Valor alto 170,00 e não investem em impressora. Fiz contato com a central e a supervisora Daniele até agora não me retornou à ligação. Ridículo.
Attendant and doctor ok. But I performed an ultrasound and when I took the exam the impression was of very poor quality. Impossible to read any information. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida pela médica dr Viviane(ginecologista), muito atenciosa. Ela solicitou alguns exames e hoje estive novamente no centro médico e fiquei surpreendida com o atendimento do dr Lucas e de sua assistente. Fui fazer ultrassonografias e eles me atenderam muito bem, sem pressa e com muito profissionalismo. Já recomendei o atendimento para familiares e conhecidos.
Hoje, dia 13/11/21 estive pra mais uma consulta na unidade do norte shopping. Fui muito bem atendida pelo dr Coracy G Brasil Neto. Atendimento exemplar, melhor do que quando era atendida em consultórios com plano de saúde. Não há como não eligiar. Parabéns a toda equipe!
I was attended by Dr Viviane (gynecologist), very attentive. She requested some tests and today I was at the medical center again and I was surprised by the care provided by Dr Lucas and his assistant. I went for ultrasounds and they treated me very well, without haste and with great professionalism. I have already recommended the service to family members and acquaintances.
Today, 11/13/21 I was for another appointment at the northern mall unit. I was very well attended by dr Coracy G Brasil Neto. Exemplary service, better than when I was seen in offices with a health plan. There is no way not to choose. Congratulations to the whole team!

Meus parabéns à recepcionista sheron, ótima profissional que me auxiliou do inicio ao fim dos exames, parabéns a todos os médicos que me examinaram, fui super bem tratado e a psicóloga thamires que foi de suma importância em aperfeiçoar minhas técnicas para eu realizar o meu concurso.
