★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui fazer avaliação de canal pelo plano da odontoprev com a Dentista Eloísa, avaliação que durou menos de 1 minuto no consultório, ela mal olhou o dente em boca, passou o olho no raio-x que foi tirado antes do procedimento de emergência que tive que realizar... já falou que só o canal era realizado pelo plano escreveu preço de pino e peça por tal valor e além do atendimento ser ''pelas coxa'', ela conseguiu anotar o dente errado no orçamento... queria saber como ela quer tratar um canal em um dente que nem tenho em boca. Péssimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, falta de respeito e profissionalismo. As secretarias da clínica precisam de um treinamento de como tratar o cliente, com urgência. Me marcaram errado por 2x, em nenhum momento se desculparam. Fui na clínica com o raio x final do tratamento para retirada de aparelho ortodôntico, tive o transtorno de sair mais cedo do trabalho para chegar na clínica e as secretarias falarem que eu não estava agendada e que não podia fazer nada por mim! Peguei minha pasta do tratamento e nunca mais piso naquele lugar!
O responsável pela clínica nunca está, qualquer problema precisamos resolver com secretaria que não resolve nada, não tem gerência!
Pessimo service, lack of respect and professionalism. The clinic departments need urgent training on how to treat the client. They marked me wrong by 2x, they never apologized. I went to the clinic with the final x-ray of the treatment to remove the orthodontic appliance, I had the inconvenience of leaving work early to arrive at the clinic and the departments said that I was not scheduled and that I could not do anything for me! I took my treatment folder and never stepped on that place again!
The person in charge of the clinic is never there, any problem we need to solve with a secretary who does not solve anything, has no management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível nossa foi fazer uma limpeza nós dentes muito mal feita não demorou nem 7 minutos a pior limpeza que já fiz e demora as moça que me atendeu na recepção e boazinha mas a dentista credo faltando mas carinho e dedicação uma coisa que ela não tem. E também sojuo meu rosto todo nem para avisa sair com o rosto tudo sujo ainda bem que eu acho poq era plano por isso trata a gentee de qualquer forma se tivesse pagando as vezes trataria melhor afss lá não volto mais (. péssimo)

Terrible service at the reception, zero attention, if you do with a dental plan then it got worse, I was going to do some private procedures too and I gave up, I'll never come back and I don't even recommend

Olhou minha boca e em dois segundos deu diagnóstico que eu teria que pagar mais de 2 mil reais, isso pq eu fui atendido pelo plano.
A dentista mexeu na minha boca e deixou meu rosto todo sujo e não teve a capacidade de me informar. Saí do consultório e depois de duas horas que consegui ver, depois que passei em diversos locais e todo mundo olhando pra minha cara.
Achei um absurdo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje estive na clínica para fazer uma limpeza. O agendamento foi de última hora e perguntei se era possível me atender sem pressa, apesar de agendar no mesmo dia. Fui informada de que fariam um encaixe. A limpeza foi feita em aproximadamente 20 minutos, um tempo muito curto na minha opinião. Ainda ficou tártaro nos meus dentes de baixo, apesar de ter voltado na dentista e pedido pra ela olhar novamente. Espero que entendam a crítica de forma construtiva.

I took my two daughters for consultation with Dr Thais (pediatric dentist) and it was wonderful. Affectionate and very competent professional. The front desk attendant was also very kind. We will certainly be back.
