★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento fiz a instalação do meu split com eles por ser autorizada foi o pior arrependimento da minha vida o serviço foi mal feito deixaram com vazamento solicitei a garantia com eles e me cobraram a visita e ainda queriam cobrar o serviço mal feito deles que ainda estava na garantia,achei melhor não arriscar e ser prejudicado pela segunda vez e chamei um autônomo e foi constatado que foi erro na instalação deles,deixaram vazando pela flange.
bad service I did the installation of my split with them for being authorized it was the worst regret of my life the service was poorly made they left with a leak I requested the guarantee with them and they charged me for the visit and still wanted to charge them for the poorly done service that was still in the warranty, I thought it better not to risk and be harmed the second time and I called a freelancer and it was found that it was an error in their installation, they left leaking through the flange.
