O contato por celular um senhor atende, fala um monte de desculpas dizendo que vai responde os emails, mas mais uma vez não responde e nem delega esta função a ninguém. É meio deselegante pra empresa. A credibilidade ao meu ver fica duvidosa. Sugiro uma melhor organização!
Disappointed with the service. They do not answer the emails and when we call the landline, they just call. The cell phone contact a gentleman answers, he says a lot of excuses saying that he will answer the emails, but once again he does not respond and does not delegate this function to anyone. It's kinda messy for the company. Credibility in my opinion is doubtful. I suggest a better organization!
