★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, consulta marcada para um horário, chegamos com antecedência de uma hora e depois de 20 minutos de atraso fui me informar sobre a demora, aí soube que o médico não havia nem chegado na clínica. A clínica tem aspecto de coisa velha e sombrio.
Terrible, appointment for an appointment, we arrived an hour in advance and after 20 minutes late I went to find out about the delay, then I knew that the doctor had not even arrived at the clinic. The clinic looks old and dark.

If the face-to-face service is the same over the phone, lousy, badly polite attendant, as the other guy said in a comment, whoever wants to know and just call there. Poor grade 0. I'm just going to give it a star because I need to leave the evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha mãe de 83 anos para fazer 4 exames: holter, mapa, ultrassom e Função pulmonar. Tivemos que ir até lá por umas 5 ou 6 vezes. Sempre fomos atendidos com muita presteza e minha mãe foi tratada com muito carinho. Só tenho elogios a dar.
I took my 83-year-old mother to do 4 tests: holter, map, ultrasound and pulmonary function. We had to go there 5 or 6 times. We were always attended to very promptly and my mother was treated with great affection. I only have compliments to give.
