Great service from everyone including the manager: fast and polite. It has everything you need for crafts, crochet, knitting, sewing and embroidery. And the price is cheaper than in big stores in the Center of Belo Horizonte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo o atendimento. Não adianta ter variedade de produtos se a loja não tem atendentes qualificadas. Afinal o que faz o cliente voltar não é o atendimento? Deixou muito a desejar. Sobre produtos é bom. Sobre atendimento não recomendo.
Terrible service. There is no point in having a variety of products if the store does not have qualified attendants. After all, what makes the customer come back isn't the service? It left a lot to be desired. About products is good. I don't recommend it about service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até então eu tinha um ótimo elogio até um dia eu comprar um pacote de miçangas de letras.Ão chegar em casa fui fazer as pulseiras e só havia apenas uma letra "y" queria fazer algumas com meu nome mas como havia apenas uma letrinha retornei até à loja e pedi para trocar por outro pacote do mesmo.Bom a moça perguntou para um dos responsavel e ele disse que não poderia fazer a troca,nem mesmo por um outro produto.Resumindo eu como cliente tenho o direito da troca ou a devolução do dinheiro e não pude trocar e nem ser feita a devolução do meu dinheiro.Fiquei muito chateada, me senti péssima ,pois sempre comprei nessa loja mas agora eles nunca mais verão a cor do meu dinheiro,me desloco para mais longe ,mas lá não compro mais nada!Parabéns pelo ótimo e péssimo atendimento!Deus é justo e tudo o que se faz,aqui se paga!Depois disso tudo a nota que era 8 agora é 0!
Until then I had a great compliment until one day I bought a pack of letter beads. When I got home I went to make the bracelets and there was only one letter "y" I wanted to make some with my name but as there was only one letter I returned to to the store and asked to exchange it for another package of the same. Well the girl asked one of the responsible and he said that he could not make the exchange, not even for another product. In short, as a customer I have the right to exchange or return the money and I couldn't exchange or refund my money. I was very upset, I felt terrible, because I always bought from this store but now they will never see the color of my money, I move further away, but I don't buy there nothing else! Congratulations for the great and terrible service! God is fair and everything you do, here you pay! After all that, the note that was 8 is now 0!
