O local recém inaugurado vem atraído bom público nos finais de semana e vem se consolidando como uma opção de entretenimento na região. A Galeria onde a Cervejaria opera funciona em horário comercial, no entanto as unidades gastronômicas, tal como a Cervejaria, tem seu funcionamento restrito de quinta à sábado. Excepcionalmente operando aos domingos, a comunicação se dá via Instagram (@palatino_open_mall e @aldeiabeergarden).
