★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após ligar para loja e mencionar que estava a 3 minutos de distância, porém pelo trânsito iria chegar em 5 minutos, o gerente da loja antecipou que não me aguardaria sequer um minuto. Insisti pela necessidade do produto mas mesmo ligando uma segunda vez o mesmo gerente foi irredutível. Cheguei apenas 2 minutos após o horário regular (18:02) e depois de ficar um tempo olhando com cara de tacho do lado de fora da loja fui autorizado a entrar. O vendedor (por nome André) me atendeu muito bem mesmo sendo uma compra simples e com certeza de pouca ou nenhuma comissão... No entanto ainda no interior da loja percebi o sarcasmo da parte do gerente que pelo visto não está sem importando muito com o que pensam a respeito dele ou da loja em que atua. Pessoas como essa não fazem diferença aos seus clientes e com certeza são facilmente substituídas por outros mais competentes. Se hoje vou pintar uma parede amanhã pode ser a casa inteira mas com certeza só compra aí de novo nessa loja com esse indivíduo se for a minha última opção.
After calling the store and mentioning that it was 3 minutes away, but by the traffic would arrive in 5 minutes, the shop manager anticipated that I would not wait for a minute. I insisted on the necessity of the product but even calling a second time the same manager was irreducible. I arrived only 2 minutes after regular time (18:02) and after spending time looking like a tacho outside the store I was allowed to enter. The seller (by name Andrew) served me very well even though it was a simple purchase and with certainty of little or no commission ... However still inside the store I noticed the sarcasm on the part of the manager that apparently is not without much importance with what they think about him or the store in which he operates. People like this do not make a difference to their customers and are sure to be easily replaced by more competent ones. If today I'm going to paint a wall tomorrow it may be the whole house but I'm sure to just buy it again from that store with this guy if it's my last option.
