Excelente para crianças também. A pousada conta com uma piscina e uma pequena sala de jogos, tudo bem organizado e prático. Super recomento! Já quero voltar.
Incredible place, well preserved, wonderful local energy. Delicious breakfast, cozy and clean bungalows. A beautiful beach for swimming, hiking and contemplation. Great for kids too. The inn has a swimming pool and a small games room, all well organized and practical. Super recommend! I want to go back.

Perfect place. A beautiful and great beach for swimming, especially with children. The bungalows are great and the staff are all very polite and kind. Carol at the reception, Jerry at the bar, Sarah at the cafe, all very nice. I plan to return every year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar lindo e calmo, bangalôs rústico e aconchegante. A praia é super tranquila. Sem palavras pra descrever o café da manhã, é simplesmente perfeito. Atendimento excelente, principalmente da funcionária Sara e Taís que prepara a melhor tapioca que já comi na vida!
Beautiful and calm place, rustic and cozy bungalows. The beach is super peaceful. No words to describe breakfast, it's just perfect. Excellent service, especially from Sara and Taís, who prepares the best tapioca I've ever eaten!

Pousada excelente, localização magnífica em meio a mata e na praia paradisíaca e tranquila em Serra Grande. Estrutura da pousada muito boa, bela, bem cuidada nos mínimos detalhes. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã maravilhoso.Ótima limpeza
Bangalôs charmosos porém, pelo menos o nosso era escuro,seria bom maior claridade natural.

Excellent hostel, magnificent location in the middle of the forest and on the tranquil and paradisiacal beach in Serra Grande. Very good structure of the inn, beautiful, well cared for in the smallest details. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Great cleaning
Charming bungalows however, at least ours was dark, more natural light would be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we had paid a third of the price, I'd score this hotel a 6/10. The location is beautiful, walking directly out onto the beach. However, if you're expecting any kind of service or comfort, it is certainly not recommended.
Bedroom toilet was not working - we needed to ask them to fix it 3 times during a 4 night stay!
Bedsheets were stained with a hard white crust on them. They gave us dirty pillows with brown stain on them.
Shower quickly ran out of warm water (sometimes had no warm water at all).
The roof was leaking directly over our bed. Their solution was to move the bed, not fix the leak or offer us another room! (*After two days, an alternative room was offered to us, however it was a clear downgrade in quality and exclusivity, and no partial refund (or even a free drink!) was offered to compensate for the smaller downgraded room or inconvenience.)
No massage service available.
They recommended a surfboard rental service who charge 150R$ for 1 day surfboard rental (with an old, beginner surfboard); I ended up paying 30R$ per day for advanced surfboards elsewhere. This was a pretty typical example of how this hotel is ripping off it's clients without offering any added value whatsoever.
Charged 15R$ just for a cooler to put beers.
No dinner or drinks after 4pm. Instead they share a list of takeaway options - but you have to collect yourself.
Pool table is broken. Table football is filthy and un-usable.
The pool was full of noisy kids everyday.
There are two beautiful hammocks with idyllic views of the beach, by the restaurant. Unfortunately we couldn't use them because the wood supporting them is completely rotten.
After the first night we attempted to cut short our stay as it was clear the hotel was not anything like it is advertised on Booking.com - all the photos must be at least 3 or 4 years old and the place is in desperate need of maintenance and staff training. The hotel reception told us to call their reservation department, who told us to call booking.com, who called back the reservation department while we waited on hold for 45 minutes. Net result was there was zero flexibility to change the dates or receive any cancellation refund at all.
