Já passei por outros terapeutas e outras técnicas como Apometria e constelações com outros profissionais e sempre me decepcionei muito, então marquei horário com ele e criei bastante expectativa e sem dúvida ele superou essa expectativa. Uma pessoa muito atenciosa e aberta para nos ouvir. Se mostrou muito preocupado em me ajudar e me acompanhar em meu tratamento. Atendimento com ele vale muito a pena.
 I had a first session with Alê and I just loved it! I've been through other therapists and other techniques such as Apometry and constellations with other professionals and I've always been very disappointed, so I made an appointment with him and created a lot of expectations and without a doubt he surpassed this expectation. A very caring and open person to listen to us. He was very concerned about helping me and accompanying me in my treatment. Attendance with him is very worthwhile.

Descobrimos juntos alguns padrões que eu repetia e me faziam mal e hoje consigo vê-los e decidir por não seguí-los. É incrivel pensar que isso tudo aconteceu em 3 sessões. O acompanhamento dele e suporte demonstram o quanto ele está focado em te ajudar, resolver o problema.

Alê helped me to see life from a much lighter perspective, which brings peace and calm to my heart. Foi a melhor coisa que poderia me acontecer, com a ajuda do Alexandre, melhorei muito minha visão de vida, me sento mais leve. Passei a tomar posse do meu eu e aprendi a controlar melhor minhas emoções. Batemos um papo super aberto maduro sobre minha vida, pessoal e profissional e tudo o que me incomodava, ele me mostrou caminhos no qual eu nunca imaginaria, que seria a minha “cura”. A técnica de hipnose é magnífica, no começo estranhei um pouco, mas depois relaxei o meu intra e passei a desfruta-la. Bom contudo, eu super mega recomendo ele, melhor terapeuta. Não perde seu tempo, marque um consulta. Ele deixa a pessoa super a vontade, não fica olhando em relógio, nossa ele é fantástico !!! Mega recomendo
I was in a very big existential crisis, so a friend recommended me to see Alexandre's work. It was the best thing that could happen to me, with Alexandre's help, I improved my vision of life a lot, I feel lighter. I started to take ownership of my self and learned to better control my emotions. We chatted super mature open about my life, personal and professional and everything that bothered me, he showed me paths in which I never imagined, which would be my "cure". The hypnosis technique is magnificent, at first I felt a little strange, but then I relaxed my intra and started to enjoy it. Well though, I super mega recommend him, best therapist. Don't waste your time, make an appointment. He makes the person super comfortable, he doesn't keep looking at the clock, wow, he's fantastic!!! Mega recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dizer que sempre fui uma pessoa um pouco cética. Hipnoterapia nunca foi uma opção de tratamento para mim até uma pessoa me contar uma experiência que teve com o Ale. Depois de uma crise de ansiedade, pensei:” o que eu tenho a perder?!”
Foi então que marquei uma sessão. O ale desmistificou muito do que imaginava sobre o assunto e sem sombra de dúvidas marcar uma sessão foi uma das melhores escolhas que eu fiz na minha vida.

I must say that I have always been a bit of a skeptical person. Hypnotherapy was never a treatment option for me until someone told me about an experience they had with Ale. After an anxiety attack, I thought: "what do I have to lose?!"
That's when I booked a session. The ale demystified much of what I imagined on the subject and without a doubt booking a session was one of the best choices I made in my life.
