Agendei no dia anterior para as 9h30 do dia seguinte, cheguei um pouco mais cedo e uma moça super educada me pediu pra aguardar que a moça já chegaria. Aproveite e fui tomar café ao lado. Chegando no salão a moça educada me perguntou quem iria fazer o meu atendimento e eu informei que não sabia pois só havia agendado. Uma moça que provavelmente é a que faz depilação me disse que não havia agendamento para aquele horário, eu mostrei a conversa e mesmo assim ela insistiu que não havia confirmado (ali está escrito pela pessoa que atende "agendado"), falou que eu teria que esperar pois ela tinha uma atendimento pra fazer dali a poucos minutos, então eu falei que não iria aguardar que precisava trabalhar, ela rapidamente arranjou tempo para me atender, eu já estava tão aborrecida que disse que não queria mais e que precisava ir trabalhar, ela ficou insistindo, mas o clima estava tão ruim que eu realmente só queria sair dali, precisei ser grossa pra que ela abrisse o portão que era elétrico. Sai mais cedo de casa, me programei, pra chegar no local pra ser informada que meu horário não estava agendado e se eu quisesse teria que aguardar. Péssima experiência.
I had a very bad first experience. I scheduled the day before for 9:30 am the next day, I arrived a little earlier and a super polite girl asked me to wait for the girl to arrive. Enjoy and I went for breakfast next door. Arriving at the salon, the polite girl asked me who was going to do my service and I informed her that I didn't know because I had only made an appointment. A girl who is probably the one who does the depilation told me that there was no appointment for that time, I showed the conversation and even so she insisted that she had not confirmed it (there it is written by the person who answers "scheduled"), she said that I would have to wait because she had an appointment to do in a few minutes, so I said I wouldn't wait because I needed to work, she quickly found time to see me, I was already so upset that I said I didn't want to anymore and I needed to go to work, she she kept insisting, but the weather was so bad that I really just wanted to get out of there, I had to be rude for her to open the electric gate. I left home early, I made a schedule, to arrive at the place to be informed that my time was not scheduled and if I wanted I would have to wait. Bad experience.
