Éramos três e fizemos nossos pedidos, pois bem, quando vieram as refeições, 2 estavam erradas, muito chato isso, almocei sozinha, enquanto minha mãe e irmão ficaram esperando, a garçonete ainda veio me dizer que o que eles pediram ia demorar, se não queriam trocar. Ou seja, comeram o que sairia mais rápido, não o que queriam. Como desculpa, ofereceram uma sobremesa grátis. Não gostei, almocei contrariada, comi sozinha com os 2 me olhando. Problema é que coloca gente jovem despreparada pra anotar o pedido, comida boa e cara. Vi um vídeo no Instagram de um tal de Tales elogiando o restaurante, a se ele tivesse passado pelo meu dissabor certamente não elogiara. Para o ticket cobrado, tinha que ser tudo impecável, o proprietário que estava no balcão, sumiu, e não vi mais até a hora que me retirei, depois de pagar 360,00 por 3 sucos e 3 refeições.
I was at the restaurant with the family on a Tuesday, the movement was calm. There were plenty of young waiters to take orders. There were three of us and we ordered, well, when the meals came, 2 were wrong, very annoying, I had lunch alone, while my mother and brother were waiting, the waitress even came to tell me that what they ordered would take time, otherwise they wanted to change. That is, they ate what would come out faster, not what they wanted. As an excuse, they offered a free dessert. I didn't like it, I had lunch in spite of myself, I ate alone with the 2 of them looking at me. The problem is that it makes young people unprepared to take the order, good and expensive food. I saw an Instagram video of someone named Tales praising the restaurant, and if he had gone through my displeasure he certainly wouldn't have. For the ticket charged, everything had to be impeccable, the owner who was at the counter disappeared, and I didn't see him again until I left, after paying 360.00 for 3 juices and 3 meals.
