Porém o atendimento é péssimo, não combina nenhum pouco com a energia do lugar, a menina não saia do computador, perguntava as coisas respondia com cara feia e nem olhava para mim quando respondia, a preguiça era tanta que ao invés de sair do computador para me atender, apontava o dedo para o lugar onde estava o que eu queria e eu que me virava sozinha para achar!!
Jamais ficaria brava por isso! Só esperava mais do atendimento de um lugar cheio de coisas boas para oferecer paras as pessoas!
Com certeza irei usá-los sim! E se não usa, lhe indico o mesmo!!! Paz a você também!
Loved the stones and incense I bought, the store has several beautiful things and good energy. But the service is terrible, does not match the energy of the place, the girl did not get off the computer, asked things answered with an ugly face and did not even look at me when I answered, the laziness was so much that instead of leaving the computer to answer me, pointed the finger to the place where I wanted and I turned on my own to find !!
I would never be mad about it! I just expected more from serving a place full of good things to offer people!
I will use them for sure! And if you don't use it, I'll tell you the same !!! Peace to you too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento. Nada simpática e os preços muito elevados. Achei um enfeite que nesta loja estava 48 reais e o msm no mais Valdir encontrei por 7 reais. Absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoramos essa loja, eu e minha irmã vamos sempre que podemos! Me remete a lembranças maravilhosas da infância e adolescência! Tem artigos esotéricos únicos, que hoje em dia são muito raros. Amo as pedras, tenho uma coleção que só cresce, os incensos são maravilhosos, me recomendaram um de Salvia Branca que tinha uma mistura com mel que foi o melhor que já tivemos! Posso dizer que a vela que compramos agora em Dezembro, ao terminar, de queimar virou cinzas! Jamais vimos tal coisa! Não cobrou cera, não se desmanchou, simplesmente queimou perfeitinha! A qualidade é realmente muito boa, ficamos impressionadas! Se eu pudesse moraria nessa loja, logo estaremos aí novamente, Danila! :D Vou postar duas fotos das nossas fadas (e algumas de nossas pedras) que compramos na loja, são tão perfeitas! São nossas guardiãs do sono! ;-) Quem estiver em Mogi, recomendo! Vocês vão viajar no tempo, pra uma floresta encantada! Ah, o cheiro, o cheiro da loja é inebriante!
We love this store, my sister and I go whenever we can! It reminds me of wonderful childhood and adolescence memories! It has unique esoteric articles, which today are very rare. I love the stones, I have a collection that just grows, the incense sticks are wonderful, I was recommended one by Salvia Branca that had a mixture with honey that was the best we've ever had! I can say that the candle we bought now in December, when finished, to burn turned to ashes! We have never seen such a thing! It didn't charge for wax, it didn't come apart, it just burned perfectly! The quality is really good, we were impressed! If I could live in that store, we'll be there again soon, Danila! : D I will post two pictures of our fairies (and some of our stones) that we bought at the store, they are so perfect! They are our guardians of sleep! ;-) Whoever is in Mogi, I recommend! You will travel back in time to an enchanted forest! Ah, the smell, the smell of the store is intoxicating!

Não é a primeira vez que vou nesta loja e sou atendida pela msm moça (uma loira, alta, de cabelos cacheados) acredito até que seja a dona.
Extremamente grosseira, não tem o menor Tato para lidar com público! Totalmente sem paciência e grossa.
A loja em si, tem produtos legais, mas o atendimento é péssimo !

It's not the first time I go to this store and I'm served by the same girl (a tall blonde with curly hair) I believe she is the owner.
Extremely rude, doesn't have the slightest tact to deal with public! Totally impatient and rude.
The store itself has cool products, but the service is terrible!
