Era uma lojinha pequena com umas mocinhas muito lindas que pareciam ser da família alemã...Lá se vão muitos anos...Mudei para o Rio e sempre que conseguia um tempo ia lá...Hoje idosa e considerada grupo de risco devido a Pandemia quase não tenho saído de casa..
Tenho muita vontade de ter 1 rocambole de chocolate, algumas tortinhas e também salgados para o Natal e Final de Ano.
Estou relativamente próximo de Niterói em Laranjeiras (pelo Túnel Santa Bárbara é muito rápido) será que seria possível fazer a entrega pagando uma taxa ?
Gostaria de receber uma resposta do proprietário.

It was a small shop with some very beautiful girls who seemed to belong to the German family ... Many years have gone by ... I moved to Rio and whenever I got some time I went there ... Today elderly and considered a risk group due to Pandemic I hardly left the house ..
I really want to have 1 chocolate roll, some tartlets and also savory for Christmas and New Year.
I am relatively close to Niterói in Laranjeiras (through the Santa Bárbara Tunnel it is very fast) would it be possible to make the delivery by paying a fee?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda a semana minha irmã passa para comprar coxinha. Que da comida não posso reclamar, pois realmente é Ótima! O ponto negativo vai para o atendimento que por azar hoje eu estive na loja pessoalmente pra comprar um lanche pros meus funcionários, e a atendente estava de mal com a vida! Colocou os lanches na caixa de embalagem com má vontade e não colocou guardanapo. Fui pedir a ela… coisa que eu nem deveria já que o lanche era para viagem que por óbvio se coloca, ela fingiu que não escutou e foi para a frente do balcão que estava por um milagre vazio, não tinha quem atender. Fui a frente dela e perguntei se ela não escutou que eu pedi guardanapo, ela respondeu que não. Fez cara de deboche, me ignorou e nem assim me deu, foi repor salgadinho. Eu que tive que me virar pra achar onde é que estava o guardanapo, que não estava a vista. Reclamei com a caixa sobre a conduta da funcionária (uma senhora muito educada) e com uma outra de olhos claros! Eu espero que essa reclamação chegue ao dono (ou se for uma das senhoras a quem reclamei), por que em uma crise que o Brasil se encontra tem muita gente querendo emprego. O princípio basilar é educação e cordialidade para trabalhar com o público.

The downside is the service that unfortunately today I was at the store in person to buy a snack for my employees, and the attendant was in a bad way! He grudgingly put the snacks in the packing box and didn't put on a napkin. I went to ask her… something I shouldn't even have since the snack was for the trip, which is obvious, she pretended not to listen and went to the front of the counter, which was miraculously empty, she had no one to attend. I went in front of her and asked if she didn't hear that I asked for a napkin, she said no. He made a mocking face, ignored me and didn't even give it to me, he went to replace the snacks. I had to turn around to find where the napkin was, which was nowhere in sight. I complained to the box about the behavior of the employee (a very polite lady) and to another one with clear eyes! I hope that this complaint reaches the owner (or if it is one of the ladies I complained to), because in a crisis that Brazil is in, many people want jobs. The basic principle is education and cordiality to work with the public.
