Não indico para ninguém

Liguei lá e pedi a troca,a atendente me falou que talvez venha trocar hj,detalhe, estou com as panelas no fogo. Estou decepcionada e sei que vai ter confusão,pela boa vontade da atendente já sei como vai ser

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, desde a atendente até o proprietário! Comprei um gás em um domingo, quando foi na sexta-feira minha vizinha me chamou dizendo que estava tendo vazamento de gás, porém não tinha como eu sentir o cheiro porque eu moro em apartamento no último andar e os botijões ficam no térreo, então, eu liguei para a empresa do qual foi solicitado o gás e expliquei o ocorrido, disseram que mandariam um rapaz verificar e se tivesse com vazamento o mesmo faria a troca! Quando o rapaz chegou disse que não iria trocar porque não poderia trocar gás vazio, sendo que o gás vazou dia e noite durante uma semana.. o rapaz passou o telefone do patrão dele e o mesmo disse que não iria fazer a troca e se eu quisesse poderia chamar a polícia!! Foi a primeira e a última vez que compro com o alemão do gás, empresa lixo e desonesta!!!
Terrible service, from the clerk to the owner! I bought a gas on a Sunday, when it was on Friday my neighbor called me saying that there was a gas leak, but there was no way I could smell it because I live in an apartment on the top floor and the cylinders are on the ground floor, so, I called the company from which the gas was requested and explained what had happened, they said they would send a guy to check it and if there was a leak, he would change it! When the boy arrived he said he wouldn't change it because he couldn't change empty gas, and the gas leaked day and night for a week.. the boy gave his boss's phone and he said he wouldn't make the change and if I I wanted to call the police!! It was the first and last time I buy with the German gas, garbage and dishonest company!!!
