★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pela terceira vez fiz um pedido e fiquei com fome porque não entregaram, quando resolvem entregar vem o lanche frio e totalmente diferente do que foi pedido, parece que estão fazendo um favor ou estão doando o lanche ,eu mesmo não peço nem pra remédio........
Bad service, for the third time I made an order and I was hungry because they didn't deliver, when they decide to deliver the snack comes cold and totally different from what was ordered, it seems that they are doing a favor or are donating the snack, I don't even ask for it myself medicine........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pedi um lanche as 21:30 era 1:00 da madruga, liguei lá ja ue eles não respondo whtas, a menina disse quw nao tinha pedido meu la não, refez o pedido que chegou quase 1:30. Isso porque moro a 1 km da lanchonete. Ultima vez.
Bad service, I asked for a snack at 21:30 it was 1:00 in the morning, I called there since they don't answer what, the girl said she hadn't asked for mine, she remade the order which arrived at almost 1:30. That's because I live 1 km from the cafeteria. Last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por ZAP ou telefone. O pedido nunca chega no horário a atendente é muito mas muito ignorante tive a experiência por 3 vezes mas nas três tive problemas não recomendo. E só pedir três vezes pq na terceira era por cardápio por ZAP por fim deu a hora do lanche chegar e nada consegui entrar em contato e advinha o pedido não estava pronto confirmaram no momento da minha ligação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de falar da Ruin experiência que tiver primeira vez que comprei lanche aí com vcs achei que seria uma boa experiência mais foi pior do que pensava , esperei mais de 1hora e 30 minutos e ainda o lanche veio errado e ainda tive que esperar mais 40 minutos e o lanche veio frio e veio mais batata palha do que o recheio do lanche não sei se pelo horário que já era foi montado de qualquer jeito , não tinha gosto . aqui um cliente insatisfeito....... Tomara que vcs melhora
I would like to talk about the Ruin experience that I have the first time I bought a snack there with you I thought it would be a good experience but it was worse than I thought, I waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes and the snack still came wrong and I still had to wait another 40 minutes and the snack came cold and there was more potato straw than the filling for the snack, I don't know if it was assembled anyway, it had no taste. here is a dissatisfied customer...... I hope you guys get better
