★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são bons. Mas do atendimento não posso falar o mesmo. Na época que fui comprar meu carro com uma carta de crédito queria um ônix no valor da carta, o valor passou um pouco, procurei por um desconto e o vendedor disse q se eu não tinha condições de levar o ônix que levasse um outro carro de uma linha inferior ou comprasse um que foi de "teste drive". Fui na concorrente, fui bem atendido e comprei um Ford.
 The products are good. But I can't say the same about the service. At the time I went to buy my car with a letter of credit I wanted an onyx worth the letter, the amount passed a little, I looked for a discount and the seller said if I was unable to take the onyx that would take another car a bottom line or buy one that was a "test drive". I went to the competitor, I was well attended and I bought a Ford.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é razoável, mas pode melhorar. Os preços dos serviços são caros. Não tiveram a preocupação de lavar ou pelo menos dar uma ducha rápida no carro(como já vi em outras autorizadas). Até o plástico do adesivo da quilometragem que tiveram de tirar eles deixaram dentro do carro.
Service is reasonable, but may improve. Prices for services are expensive. They did not worry about washing or at least giving the car a quick shower (as I have seen in other authorized ones). Even the plastic of the mileage sticker they had to take away they left inside the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei do serviço algas vezes e sempre fui muito bem atendido e os problemas do veículo foram todos solucionados. Tudo dentro de um tempo tolerável e um preço que eu achei justo. Acho que vale a pena utilizar os serviços de oficina da concessionária qnd a gente confia e não se sente explorado.
I needed the seaweed service a few times and I was always very well attended and the vehicle problems were all solved. All within a tolerable time and at a price that I thought was fair. I think it's worth using the dealership's workshop services when we trust and don't feel exploited.
