★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um bolo e salgadinhos para festa surpresa, quando chegou em casa a decepção, os salgadinhos pareciam todos ser bolinhas de queijo pelo formato de bolinha e na descrição estava SALGADINHOS MISTOS, liguei e fui informada que era assim mesmo que tinham o mesmo formato mais o sabor era diferente, porém sinceramente se achamos um recheio de calabresa com um fiozinho de calabresa foi muito, os salgadinhos chegaram grudados, oleosos e com gosto de óleo velho! Mandei mensagem no WhatsApp e me informaram que nunca havia tido reclamação, mais o que eu ganharia em reclamar se realmente não estivesse ruim? Conclusão: não compro nunca mais… uma pena pois o bolo é gostoso, mais o combo não vale a pena!
I bought a cake and snacks for a surprise party, when I got home the disappointment, the snacks all seemed to be cheese balls due to the ball shape and in the description it was MIXED SALTS, I called and was informed that it was the same as they had the same shape but the taste was different, but honestly if we found a pepperoni filling with a little pepperoni, it was a lot, the snacks arrived stuck together, oily and with a taste of old oil! I sent a message on WhatsApp and they informed me that I had never had a complaint, but what would I gain from complaining if it really wasn't bad? Conclusion: I will never buy again… a pity because the cake is delicious, but the combo is not worth it!
