★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As recepcionistas estão de parabéns !!! Super simpáticas e profissionais, não posso dizer o mesmo da médica Camila, que mesmo com atendimento atrasado em quase meia hora priorizou a entrada de uma representante na frente de uma criança de 3 anos.
Falta de respeito com o paciente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe tem 83 anos fez a espirometria e o reultaldo não foi entregue no dia marcado 13 de abril, ela está lá nesse exato momento com médico marcado às 14hs e ainda não foi entrrgue o exame ?.
Eu estou em outra cidade estando de mãos atadadas para ajudá-la.
Eu como secretária de pnemologista Dra Zelina Caldeira e Dra Lucia Vicentini indiquei varios pacientes para o Alergoar , eu não sei o que está acontecendo com vcs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento para a minha filha foi maravilhoso, tanto pela Dra Clarissa, que é um amor, tanto pela recepção, enfermeira e a auxiliar da higiene que estavam nos dois sábados em que eu fui (dias 09/04 e 21/05). Tratam minha filha com muito carinho. Recomendo pra qualquer um que eu conheça, pois minha experiência foi a melhor possível.
The service for my daughter was wonderful, both by Dr Clarissa, who is a sweetheart, and by the reception, nurse and hygiene assistant who were there on the two Saturdays I went (04/09 and 05/21). They treat my daughter very kindly. I recommend it to anyone I know, as my experience was the best possible.
