★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefone nunca é atendido. Ligo a cada meia hora desde as 8h da manhã até a hora de fechar e nunca atende, só chama. Tive que ir lá para poder marcar uma consulta. Quem quiser, só presencial, telefone esqueça.
 The phone is never answered. I call every half hour from 8 am until closing time and they never answer, they just call. I had to go there to make an appointment. Who wants, only in person, forget the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica era pra ser por agendamento prévio, cheguei ao meio dia com meu filho, as 18 horas não estava nem perto de ser atendido. Um descaso total. Não volto nem indico.
The clinic was supposed to be by prior appointment, I arrived at noon with my son, at 6 pm I wasn't even close to being seen. A total disregard. I won't go back or recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei pra atendimento com meu filho passaram o cartão do plano de saúde e disseram que o médico não iria atender pois estava cansado e com muito atendimento... Além do descaso não deveriam passar uma consulta que não existiu passei 5 minutos na recepção e me cobram consulta por isso! Já que não pode atender todos então que faça limite de atendimento por dia... E não fazer as pessoas de boas e darem viagem perdida e ainda mais com crianças e só pra ressaltar eu estou grávida também.
I arrived for care with my son, they passed the health plan card and said that the doctor would not attend because I was tired and with a lot of care... In addition to the neglect, they should not pass an appointment that did not exist, I spent 5 minutes at the reception and they charged me query for it! Since you can't attend to everyone, then limit the number of appointments per day... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica péssima, as atendentes são simpáticas, porém o atendimento é lento, muitos pacientes para 1 único médico. Cheguei às 13:30, deu 17:50, fui perguntar a atendente quantas pessoas faltavam para chegar a minha vez e ainda tinha 25 pessoas. Um absurdo, pior que o SUS. O atendimento era pra ser agendado, seria mais organizado. Infelizmente não consegui atendimento para meu filho. Não volto mais lá, nem indico.
Terrible clinic, the attendants are friendly, but the service is slow, too many patients for 1 single doctor. I arrived at 1:30 pm, it was 5:50 pm, I went to ask the attendant how many people were missing before my turn and there were still 25 people. An absurdity, worse than the SUS. The service was to be scheduled, it would be more organized. Unfortunately, I was unable to get treatment for my son. I won't go back there, nor do I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes e a moça que faz os testes alérgicos são ótimas. Porém o Dr. Roberto nem deveria ser medico. Uma consulta que nem examina direito. Parece que as pessoas estão pedindo um favor. Coincidentemente na minha consulta a atende entrou para resolver algo, ele a tratou mal, jogando os papéis. Que cena triste, tratar suas funcionárias dessa maneira. Ridículo. Ele é péssimo em todos os sentidos.
The attendants and the girl who does the allergy tests are great. But Dr. Roberto shouldn't even be a doctor. A query that doesn't even examine properly. Looks like people are asking for a favor. Coincidentally, at my appointment, the attendant came in to solve something, he treated her badly, throwing the papers. What a sad scene, treating your employees this way. Ridiculous. He's bad in every way.
