A começar pela falta de cordialidade e gentileza das recepcionistas, que nem fizeram questão de se desculpar pelo atraso. Até quando o tempo dos médicos pode ser considerado mais valioso que o nosso tempo? Ainda mais em tempos de pandemia, em que estamos nos expondo para fazer cuidar da saúde.
I arrived 15 minutes in advance and stayed 1 hour waiting for the appointment. Starting with the lack of cordiality and kindness of the receptionists, who did not even want to apologize for the delay. How long can doctors' time be considered more valuable than our time? Even more in times of pandemic, when we are exposing ourselves to make health care.
