★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O caso foi ontem: a revisão de 2 carros, o da minha esposa e o meu. Pedi pra verificar a pastilha de freio, que estava com ruído e talvez já fosse a hora de trocar. Ele verificou e me disse que ainda não precisava, pois a pastilha ainda tem meia vida e também fez a gentileza de remover o ruído que citei. Depois que passou o orçamento (via WhatsApp), fez questão de ligar pra explicar tudo certinho. Peguei meu carro no mesmo dia (e ele ofereceu pagar meu Uber para ir até a oficina), mas minha esposa só pôde pegar o dela no dia seguinte, no caso, hoje. Ontem, o carro dela estava bem sujo. Hoje, limpinho, limpinho! Não cobrou nada pela limpeza. Foi cortesia. Também nos alertou que os pneus traseiros de ambos carros precisam ser trocados. Ele não vende pneu, mas fez questão de procurar boas ofertas na Internet para comprarmos.
Atendimento de qualidade que você espera, confiança que te conquista e o "overdelivery" (entrega maior do que o esperado) encantando clientes desde sempre.

The case was yesterday: the review of 2 cars, my wife's and mine. I asked to check the brake pad, which was noisy and maybe it was time to change it. He checked and told me he didn't need it yet as the pad still has half life and he was also kind enough to remove the noise I quoted. After the budget was passed (via WhatsApp), he made a point of calling to explain everything right. I got my car the same day (and he offered to pay my Uber to go to the garage), but my wife couldn't get hers until the next day, in this case, today. Yesterday, her car was pretty dirty. Today, clean, clean! No charge for cleaning. It was courtesy. It also alerted us that the rear tires of both cars need to be changed. He doesn't sell tires, but he made a point of looking for good deals on the Internet for us to buy.
