Fiz luzes antes de ontem com a Paula, antes dela começar eu avisei que tinha passado há uns 3 meses na franja uma tinta pra cobrir os cabelos brancos. Sabendo disso ela fez as luzes mesmo assim sem um teste de mechas. Como ela é a profissional eu confiei no trabalho e na segurança dela, porém a cor da frente ficou totalmente diferente da parte de trás. Após relatar minha insatisfação voltei no dia seguinte para tentar reparar o erro e novamente a parte da frente foi descolorida, sem o teste de mechas. Eu confiei no profissionalismo de vocês. Resultado: o meu cabelo está derretendo e o que restou dele está com uma cor horrível.
O cabelo de uma mulher é o principal motivo da sua auto estima e vocês destruíram a minha. Pior que eu ainda paguei 470 reais pra isso. Estou muito insatisfeita e triste, sem coragem de sair de casa e sem pode passar uma tinta preta porque eu sei que meu cabelo não vai aguentar. Vocês precisam ser honestos e dizer para a cliente que o cabelo não vai aguentar, que não é possível. Não apenas fazer o q é pedido por dinheiro !

I did highlights the day before yesterday with Paula, before she started I told her that I had spent about 3 months on my bangs some dye to cover my gray hair. Knowing this she did the lights anyway without a streak test. As she is the professional I trusted her work and her safety, but the front color was totally different from the back. After reporting my dissatisfaction I returned the next day to try to repair the error and again the front was discolored, without the streak test. I trusted your professionalism. Result: My hair is melting and what's left of it is a horrible color.
A woman's hair is the main reason for her self-esteem and you destroyed mine. Worse, I still paid 470 reais for this. I'm very dissatisfied and sad, I don't have the courage to leave the house and I can't put on black paint because I know my hair won't hold. You need to be honest and tell the client that her hair won't hold, that it's not possible. Not just doing what is asked for money!
