★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui aí, gostei de uma capinha e pedi para guardar, ainda expliquei que voltava no mesmo instante pq só ia ao lado e se eu não fosse pegar mesmo assim voltaria para avisar. Quando voltei o funcionário pegou lá no mostruário e eu perguntei pq não guardou, ele disse : "tá na sua mão, não está?". Eu disse que sim mas que não custava guardar e que já que não poderia guardar, deveria ter me falado e não dito que faria isso, ele me respondeu que eu não era obrigada a levar, mas que não acharia em mais nenhum lugar, falou isso com grosseria e não em tom normal e ainda repetiu. Quando o funcionário está certo e o cliente errado, ainda assim ele tem que saber levar a situação, imagine quando o cliente está certo e ele errado. Eu não quero voltar lá para não correr o risco de ser atendida por uma dessas pessoas, mas tbm não vou recomedar que alguém deixe de comprar, pq as vezes o dono não tem culpa, nem fica sabendo. Só deixo aqui a minha revolta e espero que o dono veja pq esse atendimento pode prejudicar muito o comércio dele, mais do que já prejudicou. O rapaz perdeu uma venda, inclusive de um produto que segundo ele, tem pouca procura, quase nada, por puro despreparo para convivência básica em sociedade.

I said yes but it wouldn't hurt to keep it and that since I couldn't keep it, he should have told me and not told me he would do it, he replied that I was not obliged to take it, but that I wouldn't find it anywhere else, he said that rudely and not in normal tone and even repeated. When the employee is right and the customer is wrong, he still has to know how to handle the situation, imagine when the customer is right and he is wrong. I don't want to go back there so as not to run the risk of being seen by one of these people, but I won't recommend that anyone stop buying, because sometimes the owner is not to blame, nor does he know about it. I just leave my anger here and I hope the owner sees why this service can greatly harm his trade, more than it already did. The boy lost a sale, including a product that, according to him, has little demand, almost nothing, due to sheer unpreparedness for basic coexistence in society.
