Tive um imóvel alugado com Alfa Barretos no Jardim Soares. Pagamos todos os meses antecipadamente. Tivemos uma ótima relação com os nossos vizinhos. Agora eu vou te dizer o que você vai enfrentar se tiver algum problema com o proprietário ou com seguro fiança da sua locação. Ao reclamar do locatário, eles primeiro darão respostas evasivas, apesar de sempre responder. Se você sofrer qualquer acidente, causado por displicencia de prestadores de serviço terceiros, em virtude de reforma realizada pelo proprietário na área comum do imóvel, só vão intervir se você ameaçar chamar a polícia ou entrar com uma ação judicial. Quando for encerrar o contrato e tiver qualquer tipo de problema, com seguro fiança, que eles mesmo exigiram, o culpado sempre será você, mesmo que você tenha todas as informações, contratos, documentos e meios comprobatórios.
Argumentaram que a empresa dele é a melhor, que fizeram tudo o que foi necessário, e você é culpado, por não prestar atenção.
ps: provavelmente eles vão responder esse comentário se defendendo. porque eles não conseguem pedir desculpas.
Se você está pensando em mudar para Barretos, você provavelmente não vai encontrar serviço muito melhor.
