★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro neste açougue faz 1 ano mais ou menos e na semana passada fui comprar patinho moído e percebi uma movimentação estranha no moedor. Mas não dei muita importância. Quando cheguei em casa vi que a carne estava com muito pontos brancos (gordura). Quando refoguei a carne percebi que estava com cheiro forte de gordura e na hora que comi tive a certeza que tinham misturado carne de segunda. Quando a carne esfriou ficou com os pontos de gordura. Acho que pensaram que eu não ia perceber a diferença da carne. Não vou comprar mais lá. Prestem bastante atenção nos açougueiros!
I've been shopping at this butcher's for about 1 year and last week I went to buy ground ducklings and noticed a strange movement in the grinder. But I didn't pay much attention. When I got home I saw that the meat had a lot of white spots (fat). When I sautéed the meat I noticed that it had a strong smell of fat and when I ate I was sure they had mixed second-class meat. When the meat cooled, it got the fat spots. I think they thought I wouldn't know the difference in meat. I won't buy there anymore. Pay close attention to the butchers!
