★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço mal prestado. Encomendei um forro para o quarto, veio com a medida menor, ao invés de fazer outro forro, me mandaram "o pedaço" que faltava, uma emenda porca. Além de tudo de tecido inferior, mal feito e o funcionário deixou na portaria e foi embora, não teve a decência de subir para instalar. NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA EMPRESA PRA NINGUÉM!!!!
Poor service. I ordered a lining for the room, it came with the smaller size, instead of making another lining, they sent me "the missing piece", a nut seam. Havia a desculpa da pandemia, mas passada a pandemia o representante esteve aqui, viu o que era necessário fazer, e nunca mais mandou alguém. Já fiz o reparo com outra pessoa. Nunca mais!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiencia!!! A medida foi tirada errada pelo *tecnico" , qdo veio a cortina q seria curta, era uma maria mijona (nem comprida nem curta)... Foi para correção e voltou 3 SEMANAS DEPOIS com o forro curto (cotó) e a cortina de voile da frente muito maior que o forro, sem ter sido consertada! Se ja havia tido um problema, se houvesse credibilidade da empresa eles seriam os primeiros a fazer um controle de qualidade !!!! UMA VERGONHA!!! NAO COMPREM NESTA EMPRESA!!! SE EU PUDESSE NAO DARIA NENHUMA ESTRELA!!!!!!
Bad experience !!! The measurement was taken wrong by the * technician ", when the curtain came q would be short, it was a maria piss (neither long nor short) ... It was for correction and returned 3 WEEKS LATER with the short lining (cotton) and the curtain of front voile much bigger than the lining, without having been fixed! If I had already had a problem, if there was credibility of the company they would be the first to do a quality control !!!! A SHAME !!! DO NOT BUY IN THIS COMPANY! !! IF I COULD NOT GIVE ANY STAR !!!!!!
