Tive uma péssima experiência com a empresa, marquei higienização pra um dia as 9h, as 10h mandei msg se estavam a caminho aí que foi me dizer que uma peça tinha quebrado e que estava esperando chegar pra pode me atender. Só tive satisfação pq eu mandei msg 1h depois. Pois bem, marcamos para o dia seguinte as 8h, as 9h mandou msg que viria as 10h. As 11h cancelei a visita pq achei um desaforo, uma falta de consideração e profissionalismo. Quanto ao serviço prestado não posso opinar pq não fui atendida, mas o comprometimento é péssimo !
Lack of commitment to time. I had a bad experience with the company, I scheduled cleaning for a day at 9 am, at 10 am I sent a message if they were on their way there that went to tell me that a part had broken and that I was waiting to arrive so you could attend to me. I was only satisfied because I sent a message 1h later. Well, we scheduled for the next day at 8 am, at 9 pm he sent a message that would come at 10 pm. At 11 am I canceled the visit because I found it a disrespect, a lack of consideration and professionalism. As for the service provided, I cannot comment because I was not attended, but the commitment is terrible!
